ードフレームAに向つて圧縮空気を噴射できるノ
ズル4,4′を配設し、リードフレーム案内杆B,
B′の外側に設けた圧縮空気を送る圧縮空気管5,
5′から溝2,2′に連通する分岐管6をリードフ
レーム案内杆B,B′の数個所に設けたものであ
る。

おいては断面円形の無端索条3,3′を設け、該
リードフレームAの上下に、該リードフレームA
に向つて圧縮空気を噴射できるノズル4,4′を
配設したものである。なお、乾燥用の圧搾空気
は、第3図に示すように、前記案内杆B,B′の
外側に圧縮空気管5,5′を配設し、分岐管6を
通して前記溝2,2′の所々に放出できるように
している。なお又、第2図中7は送風機、8は無
端索条3の駆動モーター、9,9′は上側無端索
条3の調車、10,10′は下側の無端索条3′の
調車、11は上側の調車9の回転ベルト、12は
上側調車9の軸と下側の調車10の軸に纒懸した
クローズトベルト、A′はパツケージ部分も夫々
示す。

チエーンを夫々示す。

持され、上下からはリードフレーム移送駆動装置
で挾持されて移送されるので、圧縮空気の吹付け
でリードフレームが躍つてリードフレームのガイ
ドから外れ、リードフレーム同志がからみ合つて
連続乾燥を混乱させることが絶体になく、圧縮空
気の吹付けを相当強力に行うこができるので乾燥
効果を一層向上させることができる。又、各溝
2,2′から分岐管6により圧縮空気を放出して
いるので、リードフレームAの隅々まで効果的に
乾燥することができる。
