(Prior Art) A conventional mounting structure for this type of ceiling-mounted heat exchange unit is described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-24096,
There is also one as shown in Fig. 7. That is, four bolts B with nuts N are provided protruding from the ceiling T, while the main body casing 1 of the heat exchange unit U is
Mounting plates A each having an L-shaped cross section in the front-rear direction of the casing 1 are fixed to both sides of the casing 1,
A large hole b is formed at the front and rear bending points of each mounting plate A, through which the nut N portion of the bolt B can be inserted, and a large hole b having a smaller diameter than the nut N is formed continuous with each hole b. A small hole c is formed. After inserting the nut N of the bolt B fixed to the ceiling T into the large hole b, the heat exchange unit U is moved backward, and the small hole c is moved to the nut N position of the bolt B. by causing the mounting plate A to hang on the nut N,
Thereafter, the nut N is screwed until the mounting plate A comes into contact with the ceiling T, so that the heat exchange unit U is suspended and supported on the ceiling T via the mounting plate A.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional mounting structure, when installing the heat exchange unit U on the ceiling T, the unit U is first lifted by input, and in this state, the nut N of the bolt B is tightened. It is inserted into the large hole b whose inner diameter is not very large, and then, while the unit U is held up, it is moved backward until the small hole c is moved to the nut N position of the bolt B,
Furthermore, after this, it is necessary to screw the nuts N until they are firmly attached to the ceiling, and when installing the heat exchange unit U, the nuts N must be tightened against the bolts B while lifting the heavy heat exchange unit U. Since alignment with the large hole b and bolt tightening must be performed, the installation work is not only hard work but also very dangerous.

Fig. 1 shows a ceiling-suspended outdoor heat exchange unit U used in a separate type refrigerator. In the figure, 1 is a main body casing in the shape of a rectangular box, which includes a top plate 1a and a bottom plate 1b which also serves as a drain pan. and also,
A plate-shaped bell mouth 1c with air outlets 2, 2 formed in parallel at two locations in the width direction is interposed between the top plate 1a and the bottom plate 1b on the front side, and the front surface thereof is covered with an air outlet grill 1h. On the other hand, there is a back plate 1f on the rear side.
Further, substantially the entire width of both left and right side surfaces is used as suction ports 3, 3, and these suction ports 3, 3 are covered with suction grilles 1d, 1d. Rotating fans 5, 5 are arranged to face each of the blow-off ports 2, 2, respectively, and a heat exchanger 4 is arranged to face the inner sides of the suction ports 3, 3.

Specifically, the support member 9 includes a long fixed part 9a fixed to the ceiling T, a vertical part 9b extending downward from one side in the width direction of the fixed part 9a, and this vertical part 9.
At the lower end of b, two short horizontal portions 9c extending horizontally from two places at intervals along the length direction are integrally molded. In addition to providing the vertical portion 9b, in particular, a plurality of horizontal portions 9c are extended from the vertical portion 9b at intervals. A major feature is that the piece 8 and each horizontal portion 9c are engaged with each other. The support member 9 can be attached to the ceiling by inserting a fixing bolt B1 fixed to the ceiling T through the through hole 9e provided in the fixing part 9a, and screwing a nut N1 into the insertion end of the bolt B1. It can be fixedly supported on T.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, on the heat exchange unit U side, there are two heat exchangers extending over the entire width of the top plate 1a at two locations in the front and back direction on the inner surface of the top plate 1a of the casing 1. Reinforcing members 6, 6 are attached, and as described above, the upper ends of each of the reinforcing stays 7 are fixed to the reinforcing members 6, 6 with bolts B4, and the lower ends of the reinforcing stays 7 are attached to the bottom plate 1.
By fixing to B via bolt B7,
The support strength of the casing 1 is increased when the heat exchanger unit U is suspended from the ceiling T via the engagement piece 8.

In addition, in the illustrated embodiment, as shown in FIG.
An opening 7d extending in the vertical direction in the reinforcing stay 7
By doing so, the weight of the reinforcing stay 7 is reduced, and when the reinforcing stay 7 is attached to the outer side surface of the casing 1, the opening 7d also extends to both left and right side surfaces of the casing 1. By guiding the outside air to the provided suction port 3 and attaching the reinforcing stay 7, the amount of air introduced from the suction port 3 to the heat exchanger 4 inside the casing is unnecessarily reduced, and the heat exchanger This is to prevent the heat exchange efficiency from decreasing due to 4.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and when fixing and supporting the heat exchange unit U to the ceiling T, first fix the fixing member 9 to the ceiling T, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, and then Lift up the unit U and attach each engaging piece 8 provided on each reinforcing stay 7 provided on both side surfaces of the casing 1 to each horizontal portion 9.
With the casing 1 shifted in the front-rear direction with respect to c, the unit U is lifted, and the upper part of the casing 1 and the engagement piece 8 are inserted between the support members, and while doing so, each of the engagement pieces 8 on the corresponding horizontal portions 9c via the elastic members 10 to temporarily install the unit U, and then move the unit U in the front-back direction to lock the engaging pieces 8 on the corresponding horizontal portions 9c. The through hole 8d provided in the horizontal portion 8a and the through hole 9d provided in the horizontal portion 9c of the support member 9 are aligned, and the fixing bolt B3 is inserted between each of these through holes 8d and 9d, and the nut N2 is inserted. By doing so, the engaging piece 8 and the supporting member 9 are fixed, and the unit U is attached to the ceiling T.
It is suspended and supported in close contact with the body.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, in the mounting structure of the ceiling-suspended heat exchange unit according to the invention, when the unit is fixedly supported on the ceiling, each engaging piece on the side of this unit is connected to each horizontal part. By lifting the unit with the casing slightly shifted in the longitudinal direction, the engaging pieces protrude inward from between the horizontal parts provided in the longitudinal direction on the support member fixed to the ceiling, and the engaging pieces are inserted into the engaging pieces. The piece can be easily locked once on the horizontal part, that is, the unit can be temporarily installed on the support member, and then the unit can be moved to align the engagement piece with the horizontal part of the support member. This eliminates the need for detailed positioning and bolt tightening while manually lifting the heavy unit, making the installation work of the heat exchange unit extremely simple, easy, and safe. It is.

Furthermore, the position of the engaging piece 8 provided at the intermediate portion in the height direction of both the left and right side surfaces of the casing 1 is adjusted so that the position of the engaging piece 8 provided on the upper surface of the casing 1 when the engaging piece 8 is engaged with the horizontal portion 9c is However, since the heat exchange unit U can be installed in close contact with the ceiling T, the heat exchange unit U can be installed in close contact with the ceiling T. Therefore, since the heat exchange unit U can be installed in close contact with the ceiling T, the living space can be improved. In addition, since the engagement piece 8 and the horizontal portion 9c are engaged with each other via the elastic member 10,
With this elastic member 10, the heat exchange unit U can be brought into closer contact with the ceiling T, and vibrations can be effectively absorbed.
