ム、テコの場合には回転角は小さく使い易いとい
う長所もあるが二階に延長して使用できない欠点
がある。両者に一長一短があるために、近年一階
で使用するものはカム、テコ等を用いた装置、二
階で使用するものはネジを用いた装置と使い分け
られる傾向にある。しかしこれでは一階と二階の
ために開閉装置を取り替える必要があり、とくに
現場で装置を取替える作業は大変困難であるし不
便である。従来公知のものによる上記欠点を解消
することが本考案の目的であり、その要旨は同一
装置の中にネジとテコの両機構を含み、それらを
結合して両者の長所を生かしたことにある。即
ち、スピンドルと受動子を互いに回動自在に結合
した螺合体と、内部に螺合体を収容し側壁に長手
方向の切欠部を開口した筒状のブラケツトと、一
端がブラケツトの内部に突出し前記受動子と互い
に遊動結合し、ブラケツトの前記切欠部をブラケ
ツトとピンによりヒンジ結合した槓杆を備え、前
記受動子には一端に不凍給水栓の弁箱中を往復動
する弁体を設けるシヤフトの他端を接合し、前記
ブラケツトには一端に弁箱を設けシヤフトを中に
収容したパイプの他端を接合した装置であり、ネ
ジ機構によるスピンドルの水平回転とテコ機構に
よる槓杆の垂直回転のいずれによつても同一の装
置で弁体を往復動させて問題を解決しているもの
である。以下図面の実施例に従つて構造および作

3,1にブラケツト2の上方側面からビス8の頭
部が挿入し、スピンドル3がブラケツト2から離
脱することなく自由に回転できるように接続し、
更にビス8をゆるめるとスピンドル3をブラケツ
ト2から取り出すことができる。ブラケツト2は
一端に不凍給水栓を固定するパイプ10の他端に
固定しており、受動子4にはシヤフト9が接続す
る。従つて本実施例による作動は次の通りであ

ル3を水平回転させると受動子4は槓杆1が切欠
部2,1によつて側面が束縛されているので回転
することなく垂直方向に往復動する。本実施例に
よると水平方向にスピンドル3をまわす場合と垂
直方向に槓杆1をまわす場合の二様の操作を得る
