Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は植毛ミシンに於て、外筒頂部から出没
する植毛針の案内装置に関する。従来の植毛ミシ
ンに於ける針送り機構の外筒の頂端は開放され、
植毛の場合、被植毛体である塩化ビニール製人形
の頭部は、外筒上に配置し、ミシンの作動と共に
頭部を一針毎の自動送り操作で移送するようにし
ている。ところで人形頭部のえりあし部や耳の横
部及び前髪部を植毛する際、人形頭部6は第2図
に示すように左右どちらかへ約90゜曲げられて植
毛される。強力な弾性を有する針は人形頭部に突
刺された際、この曲げられた頭部に引つぱられ
て、同じ方向へ極端に曲げられる。この曲げられ
た針が糸条を引掛けて外筒内に引きこまれる瞬
間、針の復元作動で被植毛体、即ち人形頭部の裏
面に前回の針操作で形成された環状糸条内を通過
できず、針のあごで環状糸条を切断する欠点があ
る。本考案はこの欠点を解消することを目的とし
てなされたもので、外筒1の頂端に植毛針2が出
没移動することのできる弧状の開孔3を設け、こ
の開孔の孔縁、即ち外筒1の両側の孔縁4と5
を、植毛針2のガイドに形成したものである。従
来の外筒は第5図に例示したように、上端が開放
されているため植毛の際針は人形頭部6の前述し
た植毛操作により曲げられ、この曲げは針の没入
と同時に針の弾性で第6図に示すように素早く直
線に戻るのであるが、突出時の円曲度が大きいた
め外筒内方に没入する際、針の振れが大きく、こ
れにより前回の操作で形成した環状部を変形さ
せ、環状部をくぐり抜けることができず、針のあ
ごで糸条を切断する欠点がある。糸条(この場合
髪の毛に当る)が人形頭部裏側で切断されるとい
うことは、第7図で示すように髪の毛が抜けてし
まうので植毛の意味を持たず事実上植毛されな
い。
