問題がある。
In the case of the above-mentioned conventional pruning shears, the receiving blade and the cutting blade only open and close around the axis, and as a result, the branch slides forward, making it difficult for the blade to bite into it. Furthermore, in the case of a shaft that is inserted into an arcuate hole and slid, the cutting blade only moves backwards, so there is still the problem that it is difficult to bite into a branch.

Therefore, the present invention aims to provide pruning shears whose cutting blade side slides and bites into the branches when cutting branches, thereby making it possible to perform the cutting operation easily.

In the present invention, one blade curved in the same direction is used as a receiving blade 2, the other blade is used as a cutting blade 4, and the cutting blade side grip part 3
An S-shaped sliding hole 5 is provided at the upper end, into which a sliding shaft 6 protruding laterally from the upper end of the receiving blade side gripping part 1 is engaged. The upper end side and the lower end side of the cutting blade side gripping part 3 are connected by a rod-shaped pivot member 8 whose ends are pivotally connected to each other, and the receiving blade side gripping part 1 and the cutting blade side gripping part 1 are connected together. When gripping, the cutting blade side gripping part 3 is pulled by the pivoting member 8, but since the shaft 6 is fitted into the S-shaped sliding hole 5, the cutting blade 4 first hits the receiving blade 2. After approaching, it moves in an arc and retreats. The cutting blade 4, in particular by its first movement, reliably bites into the branch.

The drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a receiving blade side gripping part, and an arc-shaped receiving blade 2 is provided at the upper end thereof. Reference numeral 3 denotes a cutting blade side gripping part, and an arc-shaped cutting blade 4 curved in the same direction as the receiving blade 2 is provided at the upper end thereof. The receiving blade side gripping part 1 and the cutting blade side gripping part 3 are respectively curved appropriately so that they can be easily gripped. Reference numeral 5 denotes a sliding hole formed at the upper end of the cutting blade side gripping part 3, that is, near the base of the cutting blade 4, in the form of an extended S-shape, into which the upper end of the receiving blade side gripping part 1, That is, a sliding shaft 6 protruding laterally near the base of the receiving blade 2 is engaged and held by a stopper pin 7 so that the sliding shaft 6 does not fall out of the sliding hole 5. Reference numeral 8 denotes a rod-shaped pivoting member having one end pivotally connected to the receiving blade side gripping part 1 and the other end being pivotally connected to the cutting blade side gripping part 3; This is for supporting the movement of the side grip part 3. Further, when the sliding shaft 6 slides in the sliding hole 5 and reaches its upper end, the stepped portion 3a formed by recessing a part of the cutting edge side gripping portion 3 is made to come into contact with the pivoting member 8, The pivot member 8 is given the role of a stopper. Reference numeral 9 denotes a spring, which connects the receiving blade side gripping part 1 and the cutting blade side gripping part 3.
It acts to keep both open at all times.

The pruning shears according to the present invention are used in the same manner as the conventional ones, but in the conventional ones, the shaft 6 is inserted into a simple circular or arcuate hole provided in the cutting blade side gripping part, so the upper blade and The lower blade simply opens and closes around the shaft, and as a result, the branch slides forward, making it difficult for the blade to bite into it, and requiring force to cut it. In contrast, in the present invention, the sliding shaft 6 is inserted into the S-shaped sliding hole 5, and the cutting edge side gripping part 3 is moved by the pivot member 8 that rotates around the pivot shaft 8a. It is designed to be pulled in an arc. That is, when cutting a branch, from the state shown in FIG. The portion 3 is pulled by the pivot member 8, and the sliding shaft 6 located at the lower end of the sliding hole 5 slides within the sliding hole 5 toward its upper end. In the first movement, the cutting blade 4 approaches the receiving blade 2 side and bites into the branch, and then slides backward and bites. In other words, the cutting blade 4 retreats in an arc shape and bites into the branch. Cut while pulling in. Therefore, branches can be easily cut without using as much force as in the conventional case.
