As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional tape cassette has a detection window 1A located in the cassette housing 1 at a position facing the accidental erasure prevention lever of the player body (not shown).
It is known that a shielding plate 2 is formed integrally with the cassette housing 1 on one side of the detection window 1A.

FIGS. 2A and 2B are cross-sectional views of the cassette casing detection window section, illustrating the above-mentioned erroneous erasure prevention mechanism. Second
In Figure A, the detection window 1A of the cassette housing 1
is blocked by the blocking plate 2, and the tip 3A of the accidental erasure prevention lever 3 provided on the player body abuts against the blocking plate and is prevented from being inserted into the detection window 1A, making it possible to erase. . On the other hand, Fig. 2B
In this case, the shielding plate 2 is broken off and removed, the detection window 1A is opened, the accidental erasure prevention lever 3 is inserted into the detection window 1A, and the accidental erasure prevention mechanism of the player body (not shown) is activated. However, the data cannot be erased, that is, it becomes in a state where erroneous erasure is prevented. However, in the above-mentioned tape cassette, in order to prevent accidental erasure, when opening the detection window 1A, it is necessary to break off and remove the shielding plate 2. 2, if you want to erase and use it again, you will have to stick cellophane tape or the like to the detection window 1A to close it off, which is a complicated procedure, and The drawback is that it lacks reliability depending on the material of the item being worn.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention allows the detection window to be opened and closed by sliding the opening/closing part, easily switching between the erasable state and the accidental erasing prevention state, and switching from the accidental erasing prevention state to the erasable state. By making it easy to return to the original state, and by breaking off the shielding plate when storing important records permanently, it is possible to prevent accidental erasure due to inadvertent movement of the opening/closing part. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tape cassette with a high quality.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a part of the peripheral wall of a cassette casing in which a magnetic tape is wound internally faces an erroneous erasure prevention lever provided on the player body when the cassette casing is loaded into the player. A synthetic resin opening/closing plate is provided with a detection window, an opening/closing plate guide groove is provided around the detection window, and the opening/closing plate is reciprocated along the guide groove between a position where the detection window is opened and a position where the detection window is closed. The opening/closing plate has an engaging portion with the guide groove at one end, and a breakable blocking portion that projects into and out of the detection window at the other end, and An engaging portion is disposed relative to the cassette casing and the opening/closing plate to prevent the remaining opening/closing plate from protruding into the detection window when the opening/closing plate is broken off. be.

One embodiment of the tape cassette according to the present invention is shown in the third embodiment.
To explain with reference to FIGS. 7 to 7, a detection window 1A is provided on the circumferential wall 1B of the cassette housing 1 in the thickness direction at a position facing the erroneous erasure prevention lever of the player body (not shown), as shown in FIG. An operation window 9 is provided on the corner portion 1C side of the peripheral wall 1B of the cassette housing 1 and has one side in contact with the detection window 1A.
As shown in FIG. 4, the opening/closing part mounting guide plate 5, which slidably supports the opening/closing plate 4 for opening and closing the detection window 1A, has stepped portions at both ends along the windows 1A and 9 inside the cassette peripheral wall 1B. It is recessed by 5A and 5B. The guide plate 5 includes a guide plate 5C and a guide plate 5 so as not to block the detection window 1A.
It is divided into D. Therefore, even if the opening/closing part 4 is made of a thin synthetic resin plate, the state of preventing erroneous erasure can be detected. A gap-like guide groove 5E formed between the guide plate 5 and the cassette housing 1 is incorporated with a synthetic resin opening/closing part 4 as shown in FIG.
The opening/closing section 4 is composed of an opening/closing section shielding plate 6, a guide section engaging plate 7, and an operating section 8, as shown in FIG. The opening/closing portion shielding plate 6 can be broken off, and by breaking it off, the detection window 1A can be opened. However, the slit 6A makes it easy to break it off, which may damage the guide portion engagement plate 7. You can break it off without any trouble.

On the other hand, even when the shielding plate 6 is broken off, the guide portion engaging plate 7 can be inserted into the engaging portion 7 within the guide portion 5E.
It is held upright by both ends 7A and 7B of the sensor and does not protrude into the detection window 1A. The operating portion 8 is formed as a small hole or a small projection on the surface 7C of the engaging portion 7 exposed within the operating window 9. If the operating part 7 is formed as a small hole, it can be inserted into the handle by engaging a rod-shaped object with a thin tip such as a writing instrument, or if the operating part 8 is formed as a small projection, it can be pinched with fingers. to move within the operation window 9 and slide the opening/closing part 4 along the guide plate 5 to open the other end 7A.
The detection window 1A can be opened and closed from the side. Therefore, the detection window 1 in the embodiment configured as described above
By sliding the opening/closing part 4, A can be brought into a closed erasable state as shown in FIG. Alternatively, by breaking off the opening/closing portion shielding plate 6 and opening it as shown in FIG. 7B, it is possible to create a state in which erroneous erasure is prevented.

That is, by sliding the opening/closing part 4, the detection window 1A can be freely opened and closed, the erasable state and the accidental erasure prevention state can be easily switched, and the state can be easily returned from the accidental erasure prevention state to the erasable state. By breaking off the opening/closing part shielding plate 6, it is possible to prevent erroneous erasing due to careless movement of the opening/closing part.

In addition, since the opening/closing part 4 is made of synthetic resin material, sliding operation is smooth, and an appropriate frictional force prevents the opening/closing part 4 from moving unintentionally, resulting in a stable installation state. Furthermore, the opening/closing part 4 has a simple shape made of a single slit in a synthetic resin flat plate, so it is easy to manufacture, and since it is molded separately from the cassette housing, it can be colored differently from the cassette housing. By performing this, it is possible to easily confirm the open state of the detection window 1A.

As is clear from the description of the embodiments described above, the magnetic tape cassette according to the present invention opens and closes the detection window by sliding the opening/closing part within the operation window, so that the magnetic tape cassette is in an erasable state, that is, recording is possible. state and the accidental erasure prevention state can be easily switched, and the accidental erasure prevention state can be reliably obtained by breaking off the opening/closing portion shielding plate.
Even after it is broken off, the remaining part of the opening/closing part will not block the detection window. Furthermore, since the opening/closing part uses a synthetic resin material, the installation condition is stable and the opening/closing operation is smooth. This has the effect of being highly practical as described above.
