ート金具に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial application field) The invention is intended to be used for hanging vaults that are buried mainly in slab concrete of concrete buildings, such as ceiling-mounted air conditioners, lightweight ceilings, piping wiring members, etc. An insert fitting used when supporting the slide hole through the gutter-like member. Specifically, anchor pieces are integrally connected to opposite side plates of a gutter-like member having a slide hole at the center of the surface, and the slide hole of the gutter-like member is provided in the gutter-like member. An embedded body is constructed by fitting and fixing a resin case having a groove in which the nut can be fitted and held so that the nut can slide freely along the longitudinal direction, and the slide hole is inserted into the gutter-like member of this embedded body. The present invention relates to a building insert that is provided with a resin anti-corrosion cover that can cover the surface of a gutter-like member.

As a countermeasure against this, the use of the above-mentioned resin anti-corrosion cover is essential. Conventionally, such a rust-proof cover has been manufactured separately from the embedded body, and has been fitted onto the surface of the embedded body for management and distribution.

することで埋込体4に固定保持されるのである。 In FIGS. 1 to 5, reference numeral 2 is a U-shaped metal gutter-like member, and a slide hole 1 is provided in the center of the bottom surface of the member. The anchor pieces 3, 3 are integrally connected by bending the free end portions diagonally outward. By bending and bending the base end portion at the longitudinal center position of these anchor pieces 3, 3 until it becomes horizontal or almost horizontal,
By connecting the insertion holes 3A, 3A for the reinforcing bars R arranged in the concrete frame and the outer circumferential surface of the reinforcing bars R in the inserted state and spot welding the contact points, the later-described parts including the gutter-like member 2 are Tongue pieces 3B, 3B are formed so that the entire embedded body 4 can be easily and securely fixedly supported on the reinforcing bar R. Reference numeral 7 is a box made of synthetic resin, in which a groove 6 longer than the slide hole 1 is formed in a portion of the gutter-like member 2 corresponding to the slide hole 1, and a groove 6 is formed at the bottom of the groove 6. A vault relief groove 6A, which is slightly narrower and shorter than that, is integrally formed in a step-like manner, and nail holes 9A, 9A for driving into the concrete formwork are provided on the outside of both longitudinal ends of the groove 6. The mounting pieces 9, 9 are integrally molded and connected. Then, the groove 6
The nut 5 is slidably fitted into the slot, and then the resin case 7 is fitted and fixed into the gutter-like member 2 so that the groove 6 corresponds to the slide hole 1. Then, the nut 5 is inserted into the slide hole 1.
The embedded body 4 is configured such that it is slidably fitted and held along the longitudinal direction. Reference numeral 8 denotes a rust-proof cover made of synthetic resin that covers the surface of the gutter-like member 2 including the slide hole 1, and the cover 8 has one longitudinal end thereof and one mounting piece 9 of the box 7. It is formed over the outer edge and is connected to the case 7 via a thin hinge part 19 so that it can be folded back and is integrally formed with the case 7, and is shown by the imaginary line in FIGS. 1 and 2. The figure shows the state in which the rust-proof cover 8 is unfolded at the hinge part 19, and the view around the hinge part 19 after the embedded body 4 has been assembled is shown from the molded state in which it is displaced to one side of the embedded body 4. The cover 8 is folded back from the unfolded state over approximately 180 degrees to a state covering the surface of the gutter-like member 2, and in this folded and folded covering state, an integrally protruding molded piece is formed on the other end in the longitudinal direction of the cover 8. The protrusion 8B is engaged with the hole 9B formed in the other mounting piece 9 of the case 7, and the protrusions 8C formed on both sides of the longitudinal center portion of the cover 8 are fitted into the gutter. By elastically fitting into the shaped member 2, it is fixedly held in the embedded body 4.

An elastically deformable portion 8A is provided on the side of the slide hole 1 to allow insertion of the slide hole 1, and this prevents concrete slag from entering the slide hole 1 and the groove 6 during concrete pouring. The rust preventive cover 8 can also serve as a protective cover to prevent rust.

As shown in FIG. 6, the insertion hole 3 of the gutter-like member 2
It is inserted into the reinforcing bar R via A, A, and fixedly supported by the reinforcing bar R via spot welding,
After being nailed to a predetermined position on a concrete formwork H in a predetermined posture, concrete is placed, thereby being embedded in a concrete body C such as a slab. After curing and demolding, the vault 12 is screwed onto the nut 5 inside, and is used to suspend and support an air conditioner or the like.
