(Technical background of the invention) This type of winding tip is as shown in Figure 5.
A cylindrical core metal 1 made of aluminum, Bakelite, etc., a rubber layer 2 provided with a uniform thickness on the core metal 1, and an annular slit 3 provided on one end side of the rubber layer 2. When used, the starting end of yarn such as spun yarn is slit 3.
The thread is wound by winding the thread while sandwiching and holding the thread between the threads, thereby making it possible to continuously wind the thread.

Conventionally, in a winding device having such a structure, unvulcanized rubber is directly provided on the core metal 1 coated with adhesive by extrusion or the like, and then this unvulcanized rubber is vulcanized to form a rubber layer. 2 and then annular cuts are made in the rubber layer 2 to form slits 3.

(Problems with Background Art) However, since the rubber layer 2 is vulcanized at a high temperature, it contracts at room temperature, causing distortion in the direction of the arrow as shown in FIG. 6A. That is, the linear expansion coefficients of the core metal 1 made of aluminum or Bakelite are 0.257×10 -4 and 0.3×10 -4 to 0.4×10 -4 respectively.
In contrast, that of rubber layer 2 is 1.5×10 -4
~3.0×10 −4 , so the contraction of the rubber layer 2 is about 4 to 10 times that of the core metal 1. Therefore, large distortion occurs in the rubber layer 2 at room temperature. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6B, when an annular cut is made in the rubber layer 2 to provide a slit 3, shrinkage is suppressed because the inside of the rubber layer 2 is bonded to the core bar 1, and the shrinkage is suppressed. On the other hand, the surface side of the rubber layer 2 gradually contracts at room temperature due to its distortion. And like this, rubber layer 2
When only the surface side of the yarn gradually shrinks, the gap between the slits 3 also gradually increases, making it impossible for the slits 3 to hold the winding start end of the yarn. Therefore, the conventional winding method has the problem that it can only hold relatively thick yarns, and can only be used for very special purposes.

(Summary of the invention) The present invention removably fits an annular slit-forming member having a rubber portion on its circumferential surface to the circumferential surface of one end side of the core bar on which the rubber layer is not provided, and the annular slit-forming member and the core. A slit is formed on the surface facing the rubber layer provided on the metal, and the annular slit forming member is pressed against the rubber layer with a predetermined pressing force by a pressing means.

As shown in Fig. 1, the yarn winding device according to the present invention includes a cylindrical core bar 4 made of aluminum, and the core bar 4 has an outer diameter of 102 mm and a wall thickness of 4 mm. . A rubber layer 5 is provided on the circumferential surface of the core bar 4 except for one end thereof. This rubber layer 5 is made of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, has a thickness of 4 mm, and is fixed onto the core bar 4 with epoxy resin. An annular slit forming member 6 is fitted onto the peripheral surface of one end side of the core bar 4 that does not have the rubber layer 5 . This slit forming member 6

A screw hole 7 is formed in the outer end surface of the metal core 4 and the end surface 4a of the core bar 4 on the one end side so as to span these. Therefore, by fitting the slit forming member 6 to one end of the core metal 4 and forming the screw hole 7 by aligning the member 6, the screw 8 is screwed into the screw hole 7. The slit forming member 6 can be attached to the core metal 4.

The winding tip of the present invention is attached to the rotating shaft of the winding mechanism, and the winding start end of the 50 denier nylon filament is held between the slits 3 at 7000 to 8000 r.p.
The nylon filament was rotated at a high speed of m, thereby winding up the nylon filament. When this winding operation was repeated, it became impossible to hold the nylon filament. This is because the surface side of the rubber layer 5 gradually contracts as the temperature rises to room temperature, and the gap between the end surface 5a of the rubber layer 5 and the end surface of the slit forming member 6, ie, the gap between the slits 3, becomes larger. Therefore, the screw 8 was tightened and the end surface of the annular body 6A of the slit forming member 6 was further pressed against the opposing end surface 5a of the rubber layer 5, thereby adjusting (reducing) the gap between the slits 3. As a result, the winding start end of the nylon filament was again held between the slits 3 and the filament could be wound.

By the way, if it becomes impossible to adjust the gap between the slits 3 even by tightening the screws 8, the slit forming member 6 may be replaced with another slit forming member 6 having a slightly larger width, for example. This is economical because the winding device can be used again by simply replacing a portion.

Another embodiment of the invention is shown in FIG. That is, in this embodiment, the annular body 6A of the slit forming member 6 protrudes in the thickness direction and is attached to the core metal 4.
A protrusion 6a facing the end surface 4a is formed, and a screw 8 is passed through the protrusion 6a. The tip of the screw 8 is screwed into a screw hole 4b provided in the end surface 4a of the core metal 4. Therefore, the gap between the slits 3 can be adjusted by adjusting the tightening amount of the screws 8, and by removing the screws 8, the slit forming member 6 can be replaced with another slit forming member 6.

4A and 4B show still another embodiment of the present invention, in which a threaded groove is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the annular body 6A of the slit forming member 6. This annular body 6A is screwed into a thread groove on the circumferential surface of the core metal 4. On the other hand, the protrusion 6a of the annular body 6A has a long hole 6.
b is formed, and the screw 8 is screwed into the screw hole 4b of the core metal 4 through this elongated hole 6b, thereby preventing the annular body 6A from coming off from the core metal 4. In this embodiment, the interval between the slits 3 can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of screwing of the annular body 6A into the mandrel 4.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, a rubber layer is provided on the circumferential surface of the cored bar except for one end thereof, and an annular slit forming member having a rubber portion on the surface side is attached and detached from the circumferential surface of one end of the cored bar. The slit gap can be adjusted arbitrarily by fitting the annular slit forming member to the end surface of the rubber layer using a pressing means, and since the annular slit forming member is a separate member, can only be replaced. Therefore, it is desirable to provide an economical winding tip that can reliably hold the winding start end of the yarn by the slit even after repeated use and can easily wind even a thin yarn. It is possible.
