関係の位置にずらすことにより対応する操作レバ
ーのロツクを解除することができ、運転室内に増
加するのは出入口面に沿つて回動する安全ロツク
レバーのみなので運転作業に支障を来たすことを
防止できる等、種々の優れた効果を奏し得る。
