Aと1Bを互いに同一方向にほぼ平行に密着さ
せ、連結部材2の中空部に柄3A,3Bがほぼ全

の柄3A,3B寄りの内周縁6A,6Bには栓抜
き歯部7A,7Bが設けられている。栓抜き歯部
