8がロータ1の外周に設けた数個の羽根4に加圧
されるウオツシヤ液により開かれるので、ウオツ
シヤ液は第2の通路6からフロントガラス側に流
出される。この時、区分壁2Aの後段に位置する
第3の通路7の弁座7A内に装着された逆止弁9
はウオツシヤ液が第2の通路6内に流出されるこ
とによりケース2内の弁座7A付近が急激に負圧
になるため、弁座7Aに吸引され、閉じられる。

ツシヤ液が第3の通路7から流出されることによ
り、ケース2内の弁座6A付近が負圧になるた
