For this reason, it is conceivable that a saucer is brought into contact with the conductive hydrogel and the saucer is airtightly fixed to the separator for the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. Therefore, heat fusion is optimal for airtightly fixing the saucer to the separator, but such heat fusion may cause thermal deterioration of the separator, making it difficult to peel off the separator smoothly.

The disposable electrode according to the present invention has a structure that can eliminate such problems, and when an electrode piece is fixed to a surface to be fixed with an adhesive presser sheet via a conductive gel, one side is attached to the adhesive surface of the adhesive presser sheet. A peel-treated separator is temporarily attached on its peel-treated surface, a saucer is placed on the conductive gel, and the periphery of the saucer is heat-sealed to the other surface of the separator. It is characterized by the use of a composite sheet in which plastic layers are provided on both sides of the material, and the heat resistance of the core material is higher than that of the plastic layer.

In FIG. 1, 1 is an electrode piece, which can be made of metal, conductive rubber, or conductive plastic. 2 is a conductive hydrogel;
A mixture of polyvinyl alcohol, sodium borate, and water, a mixture of sodium acrylate, glycerin, and water, a polysaccharide such as karaya gum, etc. can be used. 3 is an adhesive presser sheet for fixing the electrode piece 1 to the skin, and has a structure in which an adhesive layer 32 is provided on one side of a support 31 (for example, nonwoven fabric).
Reference numeral 4 denotes a saucer for the conductive hydrogel 2, which is made of plastic (for example, polyethylene) that can be easily heat-sealed, and has a flange 41 on the rim. 5 is a separator, and plastic layers 521 and 52 that are easily heat-sealed on both sides of the heat-resistant core material 51.
2 (for example, a polyethylene coating layer is provided on both sides of kraft paper), and a plastic layer 52 on one side is provided.
1 is subjected to a peeling treatment 523, for example, silicon treatment. This separator 5 is temporarily attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 3 on the peel-treated surface 523, and the flange 41 of the saucer 4 is heat-sealed to the plastic layer 522 on the other side of the separator. 40 is a gap.

In the above, despite the heat fusion bonding between the saucer 4 and the separator 5, the strength of the core material 51 of the separator 5 can be well maintained due to its heat resistance, and a decrease in the strength of the separator 5 can be substantially prevented. , the separator 5 can be peeled off smoothly when using the electrode. Also, the plastic layer 522 of the separator 5
Since plastics with good thermal adhesion (low melting point plastics) can be used without restrictions on mechanical strength, the airtightness between the separator 5 and the saucer 4 can be extremely high, and the conductive water-containing gel 2 can be It can reliably prevent moisture volatilization.

In the above, in order to increase the airtightness between the electrode piece 1 and the adhesive presser sheet 3, an airtight plastic adhesive sheet 3 is placed between them as shown in FIG. 2A or FIG. 2B. It is advisable to seal it. Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, the electrode piece 1 may be formed by molding an electrode plate 12 with a lead wire 11 with an insulating resin 13 so as to expose the lower surface thereof.

The disposable electrode according to the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and the tray for the conductive hydrogel is heat-sealed to the plastic layer of the separator, and the entire surface of the separator is covered with the plastic layer.
The gel can be held airtight and its drying can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, despite such heat fusion, the strength of the separator can be maintained well due to the heat-resistant core material, so that the separator can be smoothly peeled off using electrodes.
