本考案は、デイスプレー用ブラウン管例えばカ
ラーテレビジヨン受像機における電磁偏向ヨーク
において、偏向ヨークの種々のバラツキにより生
じるカラーテレビジヨンの受像機の電子ビームの
位置ずれ、例えば色ずれの補正をする電磁偏向ヨ
ークに関するものである。 一般にCRTに装着される偏向ヨークはフエラ
イトコアに垂直偏向用コイルおよび水平偏向用コ
イルを取りつけ垂直偏向磁界および水平偏向磁界
を発生させCRTの電子ビームの方向を制御する
ものであるが、各々フエライトコアの寸法のバラ
ツキおよびコイル巻線の巻き方の不均一等の理由
により品質の悪いものも生じ、テレビジヨン受像
機の色ずれを発生させる原因となつていた。従来
これらのものについてはゴムまたは塩ビ系樹脂な
どの中にMn−Znフエライト等の微粉末を体積比
で約6:4程度の割合でねり合わせた言わゆるフ
エライトゴムシートを0.5mm厚さ、10mm×20mm程
度のシート片へ切断し偏向ヨークの内面に貼付
け、その貼付けるシートの枚数およびはりつける
位置を選ぶことにより磁界分布を変え色ずれの修
正を行つている。しかしながら貼付けるシートの
枚数はCRTを偏向ヨークの内側にかなり密に装
着する関係上3枚以上貼付けることが極めて難し
く、また貼付ける位置をヨークの中心部付近と
し、その効果を強めても修正しきれない場合もあ
り、偏向ヨーク生産量の約1割は修正不能として
廃棄されているのが現状である。 本考案は、従来使用されてきたフエライトゴム
磁石シートに代わり、フエライトの2倍以上の高
い磁束密度を有する軟磁性金属・合金微粉末をゴ
ムまたは可撓性を有するプラスチツク等の中に含
有させ、これをシート状に加工したものを電磁偏
向ヨーク内壁に取付けることを特徴とするもので
ある。フエライトの飽和磁束密度は約3000gauss
程度であるがFe,Fe−Co,Fe−Al,Fe−Al−
Si,Fe−Si,Fe−Ni等の合金はその飽和磁束密
度はいずれも6000gauss以上を示す軟磁性材料で
あり、これらをゴムまたはプラスチツクに体積比
で60%以上含有させた場合1枚でもフエライトの
2倍以上の効果を有し、従来フエライトゴムシー
トを2枚重ねて貼つていたものが1枚ですみ、ま
た場合によつてはフエライトゴムシートの5枚分
に相当する効果が得られるものもあり、従来修正
不可能として廃棄されていた偏向ヨークもこれに
より容易に修正が可能となり、その生産性を極め
て高くすることができる。ただし本考案で使用す
る金属・合金はその電気抵抗が100μΩ・cm以下程
度と極めて低いため長時間高周波帯域で使用する
場合、渦電流による発熱のためシートの温度が数
10℃上昇するため50メツシユより細い粒度をもつ
磁性粉とする必要がある。 本考案を図面について説明する。 図は本考案のフエライトの2倍以上の高い磁束
密度を有する軟磁性金属あるいは合金微粉末をゴ
ムまたは可撓性を有するプラスチツク等の中に含
有させてシート状に加工したシートを貼付けた電
磁偏向ヨークの開口部の断面図であり、1は水平
偏向コイル、2は垂直偏向コイル、3は前記両コ
イル取付金具、4はフエライトヨーク、5は本考
案のシート、6は陰極線管である。 第1表は飽和磁束密度が6000gauss以上の磁束
