FIGS. 1 and 2 show a conventional hot water circulation bathtub, in which a heat exchanger 03 through which high-temperature water passes inside a heating chamber 05 formed at the bottom of the bathtub 01.
A cover 02 having a convection port 04 on its entire surface is attached to the top of the heating chamber 05 so as to cover the heat exchanger 03 and as a part of the bottom plate of the bathtub 01.

As mentioned above, in the conventional hot water circulation bathtub, the convection opening 04 is provided on the entire surface of the cover 02.
Hot water heated by the heat exchanger 03 rises into the bathtub 01 through these convection ports 04. According to experiments, there is a temperature difference of about 8 degrees Celsius between the hot water rising from the convection port 04 and the hot water in the bathtub at the outlet of the convection port 04.
When reheating is performed using a bathtub, the high-temperature convection water comes into direct contact with the skin of the bather's hips and feet, causing discomfort and sometimes causing burns.

In addition, the conventional one has a large number of convection holes in the cover 02.
4, the inlet for promoting convection is not specified, resulting in poor reheating efficiency and non-uniform hot water temperature within the bathtub.

The purpose of the present invention is to propose a structure for a hot water circulation bathtub that divides the convection opening into an inlet and an outlet to promote natural convection and equalize the temperature of the water in the bathtub.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a hot water circulation bathtub in which a heat exchanger is installed in a heating chamber formed at the bottom of the bathtub, and the heating chamber is covered with a cover that also serves as the bottom plate of the bathtub. An outflow port is provided on both the left and right sides of the cover, and an inflow port that communicates with the bottom side of the heating chamber is provided in the front or (and) rear side of the cover, and an inflow port that communicates with the heat exchanger is provided inside the inflow port. A partition plate is attached between the heating chamber and the bottom of the heating chamber, leaving a gap between the heating chamber and the bottom. Although the means for forming the inlet is arbitrary, the rear end edge of the cover may be bent downward to form the inlet and the partition plate.

During reheating, hot water that has been warmed in the heating chamber and whose specific gravity has become lighter rises into the bathtub via the outflow port, while an amount of hot water commensurate with this rising amount flows from the bathtub via the inflow port. flows into the heating chamber, and this action generates convection within the bathtub and the heating chamber.

Reference numeral 5 designates an inlet port formed between the cover 2 and the bottom plate 1b side of the bathtub 1 (the rear side of the cover 2), and a partition is provided between the heat exchanger 3 and the heat exchanger 3 on the inside of the inlet port 5. A plate 4 is attached, and the hot water in the bathtub 1 that flows in from the inlet 5 does not directly enter the heating chamber 1a, but flows through the partition plate 4 into the heating chamber 1a.
It is designed to be entered from the bottom.

As described above, the present invention completely distinguishes the inlet 5 and the outlet 6, and the low-temperature water entering the heating chamber 1a from the inlet 5 side is guided to the bottom side of the heating chamber 1a, and the heat exchanger 3
The heated water whose temperature has risen flows out into the bathtub 1 through the outlet 6. As a result, the following effects can be expected.

c. Since the outflow ports are provided on both the left and right sides of the cover, the high temperature water coming out of the outflow ports is unlikely to come into direct contact with the skin of the bather's waist or legs. Therefore, the hot water flowing out from the outlet hardly causes discomfort to the bather, and there is almost no risk of burns.
