側に二本並列に設けられており、ブレーキの非作
動時においても30Kgf乃至50Kgfの初期張力を有
しているのが普通である。従つて、このリターン
スプリングの着脱は単に手作業によつては困難で
着脱具の使用が不可欠である。従来例における着
脱具は並列に設けられる二本のリターンスプリン
グを同時に装着し得るものはなく、1本ずつリタ
ーンスプリングを二度の装着作業を行うことで行
われて来た。また1回の操作で二本のリターンス
プリングを装着し得るようにしたものでは、第3
図に示すように、リターンスプリングの端縁のフ
ツク部に筒状のガイドパイプを連通して、二本の
リターンスプリングを一体となし、このガイドパ
イプに着脱具を掛て引張り、係止ピンを通嵌して
装着するように形成されていた。この形式のもの
では常に不必要なガイドパイプが共に装着されて
いた。この考案は、二枚ウエブ構造のシユーに装
着される二本のリターンスプリングを1回の操作
で同時に着脱し得ると共にガイドパイプを必要と
しない、従来例になかつたリターンスプリングの
