【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、作業者に直接触れることが出来な
い、あるいは近づくことが出来ない薬品、細菌等
その他の危険物を取扱う搬出入装置に関する。

れたり、所定距離以上近づくことが出来ない危険
物を取扱う場合、あるいは事故のため操作現場が
広域に汚染され、作業者の立入りが出来ない状況
に至つた場合比較的故障を発生しやすいモータ等
の駆動源の点検、調整、修理、部品交換等作業が
出来ず使用不能になるという問題点があつた。本
考案は、かかる問題点を解消する新しい発想に基
く危険物取扱用搬出入装置を提供せんとするもの
である。

又トルクシヤフト8,9の下端も電動モータ6′,
6″に連動されるとともに、上方に傘歯車12,
13が固着されている。又水平アーム3にはトル
クシヤフト10,11が横架され、そのポスト側

シヤフト8,9の傘歯車12,13と噛み合つて

12,14を介してトルクシヤフト10へ伝達さ
れ、同トルクシヤフトの回転はキヤリヤ4との螺
合部21によつてキヤリヤ4の水平移動運動に変
換され、キヤリヤ4を左右に自在に水平移動せし
める。更にチヤツキングアーム24の爪の開閉操
作は電動モータ6″を作動させることによつて行
われる。電動モータ6″を作動すればトルクシヤ
フト9が回転し、傘歯車13,15を介して水平
アーム3のトルクシヤフト11を回動せしめ、同
トルクシヤフトの回転はギヤ機構23によつて操
作懸垂アーム22の上下動に変換し、同操作懸垂
アームが上下することによつてこの下端と連係さ
れたチヤツキングアーム24を動かして爪の開閉
動作を行わせるものである。以上の様に電動モー
タ6によつて昇降キヤレツジ2を昇降せしめ、電
動モータ6′によつてキヤリヤ4を横行させ、電
動モータ6″によつてチヤツキングアーム24の
爪の開閉を行い、電動モータ6によつて全体旋
回運動を与えるものであり、この電動モータ6〜
6の操作によつて把持装置を上下、左右、旋
回、爪開閉行わせることができるものである。
