Description

[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a grill pan pull-out device in a baking oven for cooking.

The present applicant has previously proposed a device of this type, for example, as seen in Utility Application No. 165389/1988 (74583/1983), in which a grill pan on the bottom plate is installed in a baking chamber with an opening on the front. and an engaging portion of the sliding frame to allow the sliding frame to be freely pulled out forward through the opening, and a pair of left and right leg pieces that extend rearwardly of the sliding frame, and a lower part of the opening. We have proposed a type that faces the bottom of the bottom plate through a guide hole formed in the bottom plate. In this case, since the legs of the sliding frame are supported only by the guide holes, there is a disadvantage that the sliding frame has a large swing and cannot slide smoothly.

In view of the above points, the present invention aims to provide a device which has an extremely simple structure and allows the sliding frame to slide smoothly, and will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a baking oven having an opening 2 on the front side. Inside the baking oven 1, there is a grill pan 4 on a bottom plate 3, and a sliding frame 5 for freely pulling out the grill pan 4 forward through the opening 2. The engaging portion 7 is provided.

To explain its operation, the sliding frame 5 has its engaging portion 7 engaged with the front edge of the grill pan 4 from below, and when the sliding frame 5 is pulled forward, the grill pan 4
is pulled out forward through the opening 2, and in this point it is not particularly different from the conventional one, but in this case, there is a hole on the underside of the bottom plate 3 on the side of the leg piece 6 in the front-rear direction. A guide body 18 is provided which extends to the front side, whereby the legs 6 of the sliding frame 5 are guided by the guide body 18 and slide without wobbling, so that the operation of pulling out and storing the grill pan 4 is performed smoothly.

In the example described above, a pair of guide holes 9 are provided on the left and right sides of the lower surface 8, but a common guide hole 9 may be provided in the lower surface 8 into which both leg pieces 6 are inserted, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. In this case, if a guide piece 19 is provided from the lower plate 19 to face the inner surface of each leg piece 6, the guide of the leg piece 6 can be further ensured.

In this way, according to the present invention, a guide is provided on the underside of the bottom plate that extends in the front-rear direction on the sides of the legs, so that the legs can slide smoothly without swinging.
