The lead wire connector for a toroidal coil according to the present invention is constructed as described above, and the method of assembling it will be explained next. A strip-shaped coil band 1 having a total length shorter than the circumference of the outer circumferential surface of the wound copper wire and a width dimension approximately equal to the groove width of the support body is attached to the outer circumference of the copper wire as shown in FIG. Wrap it around the surface. At this time, the copper wires 19 and 20 at the beginning and end of winding are accommodated in the notches 3 formed in the coil band, and then the legs 8 of the connector 6 are aligned with the projections 5 formed in the coil band. When pressed downward, the leg comes into contact with the arcuate upper surface of the protrusion, and when pressed even harder, the leg and the protrusion are made of insulating resin and have elasticity, so While the legs are bent outward and the protrusions are bent inward, the protrusions and the jaws 4 and 7 formed on the legs are bent in the first direction.
As shown in the figure, the contact state is reached.

Conventionally, a structure in which a lead wire is connected to a ring-shaped coil has a ring-shaped support 17 as shown in FIG.
A copper wire 18a is wound around a, and a protective tape 21 is wound around the copper wire so that the copper wire does not loosen, and the copper wires 19a and 20a at the beginning and end of the winding are processed to predetermined dimensions. The lead wire 15a is connected and soldered, and a fixing tape 22 is wrapped over the lead wire in order to fix the lead wire in a predetermined position. At this time, as shown in the figure, the fixing tape is wound around the lead wire so as to be approximately perpendicular to the outside of the support, and the lead wire is connected to a metal outer work such as a stepping motor. Cord bushing 23 to prevent the lead wire from being damaged by the burrs of 24.
is inserted.

The conventional product as described above includes copper wire 19a and copper wire 20a at the beginning and end of winding of copper wire 18a, and lead wire 1.
If the connection position of the lead wire 5a is not fixed at a fixed position with the fixing tape 22, the dimensions of the lead wire are processed to a predetermined size, so there is a drawback that the dimensions extending outside from the support body 17a are uneven; There are disadvantages in that it takes time and effort to wind the protective tape 21 and the fixing tape, and when the lead wire is long, it takes time and effort to insert the cord bush 23.

(Effects of the invention) Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the coil band 1 can be used as the two types of protective tape 21 and the fixing tape 22 of conventional products, and the connector 6
Since it also has the purpose of using the cord bush 23 like the conventional product, it is possible to shorten the assembly time, and it is easy to work, so it does not require a skilled person and has good workability. It is an inexpensive lead for circular coils. Line fittings may be provided.
