In FIG. 2, A and B, 1 is the rotor shaft. A bearing metal 2 rotatably supports the rotor shaft 1. The metal spring 3 has an annular base 3b with arm portions 3a formed on the inner periphery and several cutout portions 3' on the outer periphery. Oil-impregnated felt 4
is a thick annular member with an open center. The elastic body 5 is made of an elastic material such as rubber and has a cylindrical portion 5a and a flat portion 5b, and a hole 5c is provided in the center of the flat portion 5b. The end bracket 6 has a bearing housing portion 6' formed of a cylindrical small diameter portion 6a and a closing portion 6b that closes the thrust direction of the motor. The metal holder 7 is attached to the small diameter portion 6 of the end bracket 6.
A cylindrical portion 7a having a smaller diameter by the thickness of the elastic body 5 than a, an end wall 7b in the thrust direction, a receiving surface portion 7c for holding the bearing metal 2, and an opening 7d at the center of the receiving surface portion 7c. Further, a protruding portion 7' is formed on the circumference of the open end of the cylindrical portion 7a. 8
is a cylindrical yoke. In the above components, the elastic body 5 is mounted on the outer periphery of the metal holder 7, and the oil-impregnated felt 4 for supplying oil to the rotor shaft 1 and the bearing metal 2 is housed inside the metal holder 7. Next, the cut portion 3' of the metal spring 3 engages with several protrusions 7' formed on the circumference of the open end of the cylindrical portion 7a of the metal holder 7, forming a unit. As a result, the bearing metal 2 is connected to the arm portion 3a of the metal spring 3 and the receiving surface portion 7c of the metal holder 7.
It will be held by The assembled unit is press-inserted into the bearing accommodating portion 6' of the end bracket 6, and finally the rotor shaft 1 is inserted into the bearing metal 2. As a result, the elastic body 5 interposed between the end bracket 6 and the metal holder 7 is attached to the small diameter portion 6a of the end bracket 6.
The cylindrical portion 7a of the metal holder 7 makes elastic contact in the radial direction, and the closing portion 6b of the end bracket 6 and the end wall 7b of the metal holder 7 make elastic contact in the thrust direction.

As described in detail above, the motor bearing device according to the present invention transfers the force in the thrust direction and the radial direction pushed by the rotor shaft to the flat part in the thrust direction and the flat part in the radial direction of the elastic body interposed between the end bracket and the metal holder. Since each bearing is received by a cylindrical part, the bearing metal can be held in an accurate position to ensure the accuracy of the motor. In addition, since the load is received over a wide surface, the force applied to the elastic body is dispersed, so durability can be improved. Furthermore, the elastic body between the end bracket and the metal holder does not come into direct contact with the bearing metal and oil-impregnated felt, and is not deformed by thermal deformation or chemical change.
