枠体10と、該枠体10を塞ぐように該枠体10
の上面10bに固定し、かつレバー6を突出させ
る窓11aを有する板状の蓋体11とよりなる。
底板9の上面9aに形成した基板挿込み溝1aは
基板Aが楽に入る程度の巾とし、かつその溝1a
の深さは基板Aの厚さより若干多きめとなるよう
に形成されている。基板挿込み溝1を挟んで底板
9の上面9aの略中央部に位置する両端部に押え
板2の軸受部9bを設置するとともに基板挿込み
溝1の端面1a相当部を挟んだ位置の底板9の上
面9aの両側にスプリング3を受ける穴9cを設
け、該スプリング3の下部を穴9cに止着し、ス
プリング3の上端を押え板2の表面2bに当接さ
せる。押え板2の短手方向における一端部両側に
軸2aを固設し、該軸2aを軸受け部9bに装着
する。押え板2の基板挿込み溝1側に面した表面

面形状が円弧と弦からなるように形成されてい
る。該ロールカム7の両端部には軸7aを設け、
該軸7aを枠体10の軸受部10aに回転自在に
支承する。ロールカム7の両端部の軸7aは蓋体
11で押えられており、外部に抜け出ることがな
いようにしている。そしてロールカム7は常時押
え板2の長手方向に沿つた反対側の表面2cに当
接させている。レバー6はロールカム7の円周面
上の軸方向に沿つて一体に形成されており、該レ
バーが枠体10の上面10bに固着した蓋体11
の窓11aから外部に突出するようにしている。

することなくロールカム7の軸7aに形成するよ
うにしてもよい。また本実施例ではICカードA
を横方向から挿込む場合について説明したが、縦
方向から挿込むようにしてもよいことは勿論であ

器本体の挿入口に差込むときに楽に挿入でき、挿
入後は端子同士をワンタツチ操作で確実に、かつ
強固に弾性ロールを介して固定できるという従来
にない特有の効果を奏する。また基板の抜き取り
