形成した嵌合溝5及び軸穴3の後半側に嵌挿せし
める可動端子4には、前記成形体2の軸穴3と対
応する部位に、後面視において、第14図に示し
ている如く、前述の間隙d,dの断面形状に倣う
形状の複数の爪片41…を、該可動端子4を形成
している金属板から、第11図に示す如く夫々左
右(第13図及び第14図では上下)両側に向け
押出して、軸穴3の軸方向に並設しておき、この
左右両側に向け夫々押出した複数の爪片41…に
より、該可動端子4を成形体2の嵌合溝5及び軸
穴3の後半側に嵌挿してプラグ主体部aを構成し
たときに、該可動端子4の左右の側面4a,4a
と軸穴3の左右の内周面3a,3aとの間に形成
される間隙d,dを第9図に示している如く塞
ぎ、軟質の合成樹脂材によりボデイとなるつまみ
部7をモールド成形する際における、合成樹脂材
のプラグ主体部aの内腔への洩れを防止するよう
にしてある。
