Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は複数条のチエーンコンベヤで連続的に
搬送される未矯正や、長さの異なる等の各種の条
鋼(以下単に条鋼という)を矯正機への装入や計
数等のために自動的に分離させる装置に関するも
のである。

で行つており、非常に煩雑且つ面倒で、作業者の
労力、疲労の大きい重労働作業であつた。

本発明はこの様な欠点を解消する事を目的とし
て、複数条のチエーンコンベヤの片側の1条を他
のチエーンコンベヤのレベルより高くし、その上
部段差コンベヤの上方に水平状に条鋼の重なり防
止板を設置すると共に、上部段差コンベヤと下部
コンベヤの数箇所に、夫々条鋼を抑止又は解放す
る条鋼のストツパーと、そのストツパーからの距
離(間隔)を自由に変更調節出来る位置決めスト
ツパーを有する切出し装置とからなる上部分離装
置と下部分離装置とを設置し、之等の2点のスト
ツパーと切出し装置の作動(上、下動)を制御す
ることにより、搬送される条鋼の矯正機への装入
や計数のための定ピツチ又は1本づゝの送りを可
能とし、また連続的に搬送される条鋼を1本又は
設定本数づゝ正確に且つ短時間で自動的に分離で
きるようにしたもので、以下この発明の一実施例
を図面に基づいて説明する。

動調節自在に取付け、前記シリンダの作動により
枢軸18を支点として位置決めストツパー21を
段差コンベヤ1aの上面に出、没自在としてなる
上部切出し装置23とにより構成されている。

出し、確実に次工程に搬出し得るものである。

来、従つて従来の手作業による重なりのばらしや
分離作業の重労働が自動化可能となり省力化でき
る。又その自動分離及び切出し搬送のタイミング
は作動用シリンダにより簡単に調整できるので、
作業ロスが少なく作業能率を著しく向上し得る。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 複数条のチエーンコンベヤの片側1条を他の
チエーンコンベヤよりレベルを高く設置して条鋼
を長さ方向に傾斜させて搬送するようにし、その
コンベヤ面の上方に高さ調整自由な条鋼の重なり
防止板を設置した段差コンベヤの1箇所と、他の
下部コンベヤの複数箇所とに、夫々油圧シリンダ
又はエアシリンダにより各コンベヤ面に対し上、
下動をなし最初の条鋼と所定番目の条鋼を交互に
抑止又は解放する条鋼サイズに合せて間隔調整自
在の上部位置決めストツパーを有する上部切出し
装置と上部ストツパーからなる上部分離装置と、
間隔調整自在の下部位置決めストツパーと下部ス
トツパーを有する下部切出し装置からなる下部分
離装置とを夫々設置し、上部分離装置及び条鋼の
長さに適した1箇所の下部分離装置の各ストツパ
ーと切出し装置を上、下に作動制御せしめる事に
より連続的に搬送される条鋼を1本又は設定本数
づゝ間欠的に分離搬送することを特徴とするチエ
