すぎたり、あるいは局部的な変形を生じたりして
完全な密閉をすることができないことがあり、
又、気体の圧力が弱すぎる場合にも密閉が不完全
となり、完全な方向転換及び逆流防止を行なえな
いことがあつた。

持体6の孔14周囲に強く密着することとな
る。そして、前記より鉢形状と、開閉弁17が
逆流防止膜7に割線を入れることによつて形成
されたことによる変形容易性及び逆流防止膜支
持体の孔14周囲が平面であることによつて、
わずかな流入気体によつても確実に逆流防止膜
支持体の孔14が塞がれることとなる。又、大
量の気体が履入し、逆流防止膜7が強く押圧さ
れた場合にも、開閉弁17と逆流防止膜支持体
6との密着面は平面である為に、不規則な変形
密着を生じることがなく、開閉弁17と逆流防
止膜支持体の孔14周囲とにおいて隙を生じ
ず、気体が漏れることがない。
