本発明を図面に基づいて説明すると、第1図の
ごとく、ライニング素材押出ノズル3はコンベヤ
7上の王冠キヤツプ等6の上方に位置し、押出さ
れたライニング素材4のほぼ二等分された位置で
互いに相対する位置に切断軸1a,1bを設け、
それぞれの切断軸に切断刃2a,2bを相対する
線上で刃が咬合する様に取付け、該切断軸1a,
1bは第2図のごとくギヤ5a,5bによつて互

切断刃2a,2bの回転速度を非等速にしてい
る。但し、切断軸1a,1bとコンベヤ7とは同
期している。また第3図のごとく切断軸1a,1
bは切断刃先がライニング素材4を切断し、ライ
ニング素材4と離れてライニング素材片4′とな
る時を最高速度に持つて行く様に非円形歯車8,
9を組付ける。すなわちP0点よりだんだんと加
速し、P1点でライニング素材4を切断し、P2点
で最高速度になる様にし、これより後は漸次減速
して行き、またP0を通過して行くにつれ、漸次
増速する様に非円形歯車(だ円ギヤ)を組込む様
にする。本発明においてはだ円ギヤを用いて駆動
する装置が優利であるが、他の方法、たとえば葉
形歯車特殊リンク機構、特殊なカム機構等を利用
しても、切断刃を非等速回転さすことは明らかで

備える王冠キヤツプ等内に所定量のライニング材
を正確に落下させる装置において; 該駆動装置はコンベヤの速度に対応して切断刃
の外端がライニング素材に接近し、ライニング素
材を切断するに従つて漸次増速あるいは減速し、
かつライニング素材と該切断刃が離れるに従つて
漸次減速あるいは増速する様に、該切断刃を最適
速度となる様非等速回転駆動することを特徴とし
たライニング素材投入装置。 2 該駆動装置はコンベヤ駆動と同期した該切断
刃駆動源に接続された、第1非円形歯車と該第1
非円形歯車と係合する該切断刃駆動軸に接続され
た第2非円形歯車とからなることを特徴とした特
許請求の範囲第1項記載のライニング素材投入装
