Conventionally, when processing photographic materials such as rolled photographic film and photographic paper (hereinafter referred to as "paper"), especially for color, there has been a The so-called automatic developing machine is constructed by arranging in series an automatic developing unit that performs a developing process on the photographic material and a drying unit that performs a drying process on the photographic light-sensitive material processed by the automatic developing unit. However, in the past, automatic processors of this type had
Alternatively, it is possible to distinguish between periods when large amounts of photographic film or large papers are processed, such as during the tourist or wedding seasons, and off-season periods, when processing is less concentrated, and to adjust the amount of processing. Since there is no adjustment function or adjustment mechanism for adaptation, even in the off-season, the automatic developing unit and drying unit are used in exactly the same way as in the off-season. The disadvantage is that there is considerable waste in the amount of each processing liquid used in the developing device and the cost of driving power, resulting in a lack of economic efficiency.

This is one of the countermeasures that the applicant for this utility model registration started to improve.
The technology described in the specification attached to the application No. 87322 (Sho 58-190648) and the subsequent desire for improvement are evident in the application No. 58-31114 (Japanese Utility Model Application No. 58-31114) filed on the same date as this application. As stated in the specification attached to the application of Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-138853) and Japanese Patent Application No. 58-35241 (Japanese Patent Application No. 59-162550), one required processing liquid tank in an automatic developing device is used as a standard. Each processing liquid tank is divided into several processing liquid tanks along with other processing liquid tanks by dividing walls, and each processing liquid tank is used as is during the season, and only one of the divided chambers is used as its own during the off-season. At the same time as using it as a processing liquid tank, we developed a technology that slowed down the conveyance speed of photographic light-sensitive materials so that the same processing effect could be obtained both in season and off-season. When used as a device, we have achieved some results, but we have installed this automatic developing device in series with a drying device, making this automatic developing device part of the automatic developing device, and replacing the conventional drying device with If the drying unit is used as is, and this is used as an automatic processor that performs all processes from development to drying, the drying process in the drying unit during the off-season will be excessive. , which tended to be a major factor in deteriorating the processing effect on photographic materials.

Next, FIG. 2 shows each processing liquid tank section arranged in a series inside the automatic developing device section X for long photographic paper, a part of the leader belt, and a part of the processing liquid circulation mechanism. It is laid out on a flat surface, and some parts are vertically arranged, and as mentioned above, utility model registration No. 1,438,
264 (Utility Model Publication No. 56-43804), etc., and rollers for paper guides etc. that are described in other publications are omitted to make it easier to explain the outline of the main components. In Fig. 2, 10 indicates a developer tank 11, a bleach-fix tank 12, and although not shown, a water washing tank, a stable film hardening tank, etc. as before. Processing liquid tanks 17 1 , 17 2 , ... (other than 17 1 are not shown) are arranged in a series along the running direction of the leader belts 31 , 31 in the transport mechanism 30 .
is a partition wall between each processing liquid tank. The length of each processing liquid tank constituting this processing liquid tank section 10, that is, the length along the running direction of the leader belts 31, 31, is determined by the printing temperature of a photo printing machine called a printer during the normal season. Based on the running speed of the leader belts 31, 31, which is determined in consideration of the speed, first, the processing requires a relatively long time,
The length of the developer tank 11, which requires accuracy in processing time, is determined, and with this length as a standard, the lengths of each other processing solution tank, washing tank, etc. are determined.

As is clear from the above description, the automatic processing machine for photographic light-sensitive materials according to the present invention has each processing liquid tank to which each processing liquid for processing photographic light-sensitive materials is separately supplied by each processing liquid supply mechanism. an automatic developing device section which is arranged in a series and is equipped with a conveying mechanism for conveying the photographic light-sensitive material in a meandering manner through each of the processing liquid tanks and sequentially subjecting it to each treatment; The apparatus is connected to and installed in series with the conveyance mechanism of the automatic developing device section, and has a hole for carrying in the processed photosensitive material carried out from the automatic developing device section and for blowing out hot air for drying. An automatic developing machine for photographic light-sensitive materials comprising a drying device section equipped with a transport mechanism that transports the processed photographic light-sensitive material along an air duct having a large number of holes and dries the processed photographic light-sensitive material before the transport. Each of the processing liquid tanks in the automatic developing device section is based on the processing liquid tank in which processing takes a relatively long time and requires accuracy in this processing time, and other required The processing liquid chambers are divided at positions that do not interfere with the meandering process by dividing walls that are lower than the partition walls between the processing liquid tanks, and the conveyance mechanism is equipped with a means for processing both of the divided processing liquid chambers. A conveying speed variable mechanism unit is attached to make the time for processing the photographic light-sensitive material as a liquid tank the same as the time for processing the photographic light-sensitive material using only one of the processing liquid chambers as a processing liquid tank, and the drying device The conveyance speed of the conveyance mechanism in the automatic developing device section is synchronized with the conveyance speed of the conveyance mechanism of the automatic developing device section, and the air duct, which has many holes for blowing out hot air for drying, has holes for blowing out hot air for drying. By installing a hole closing member for blowing out hot air for drying, which increases or decreases the number of openings in direct proportion to the conveyance speed, a. All drying treatments can now be performed consistently.

Processing liquid tanks for processing photographic light-sensitive materials are individually supplied by respective processing liquid supply mechanisms, and the photographic light-sensitive material is sequentially meandered through each of the processing liquid tanks. an automatic developing device section equipped with a conveying mechanism that sequentially performs each process while conveying the image; The processed photosensitive material carried out from the automatic developing unit is transported along an air duct with a large number of holes for blowing out hot air for drying. In an automatic developing machine for photographic light-sensitive materials, which comprises a drying unit equipped with a conveying mechanism for drying photographic light-sensitive materials, each processing liquid tank in the automatic developing unit is configured to carry out special processing in each processing liquid tank. Based on the processing liquid tank that takes a relatively long time and requires precision in this processing time, along with other required processing liquid tanks,
The processing liquid chambers are divided at positions that do not interfere with the meandering process using dividing walls that are lower than the partition walls between the processing liquid tanks. A conveyance speed variable mechanism unit is attached to make the time for processing the photosensitive material the same as the time for processing the photographic light-sensitive material using only one processing liquid chamber as a processing liquid tank, and the conveyance speed of the conveyance mechanism in the drying unit is The speed is synchronized with the transport speed of the transport mechanism of the automatic developing device section,
In addition, the air duct, which has a large number of hot air blowing holes for drying, is equipped with a hole closing member for blowing drying hot air that increases or decreases the number of hot air blowing holes for drying in direct proportion to the conveyance speed. An automatic developing machine for photographic light-sensitive materials characterized by the following features:
