Prior Art Recently, in clinical laboratories such as hospitals and clinics, the number of specimens subjected to biochemical analysis and the test items thereof have been increasing year by year. For this reason, automatic analyzers have been developed and widely used in order to streamline the entire business. This automatic analyzer uses centrifugation to separate blood into a blood cell layer and a serum layer.
The supernatant liquid serum is used as a specimen, but since a large number of tests are performed using a small amount of blood, the processing step of separating only that serum is extremely important.

Conventional serum separating devices place blood separated into a blood cell layer and a serum layer in a container, and insert a nozzle into the container while lowering it to aspirate the serum. A triangular nozzle tip is attached so that this nozzle can be located at the boundary between the blood cell layer and the serum layer.

Problems with the conventional technology However, because this nozzle tip has a large bottom area, if the nozzle tip is misaligned due to the tilt of the container or the nozzle being misaligned when inserted into the container, it may get caught on the open end of the container and may not descend. . Moreover, once the nozzle tip is caught, it may suddenly fall into the container, but in this case, the impact of the nozzle tip causes blood cells to fly up and mix into the serum layer, making it impossible to separate the serum.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a sorting device, which includes a support 3 for a nozzle guide 2 and a supporting fixed body 5 for a nozzle 4 above a container 1. The container 1 is housed in a sample rack 6, and contains blood separated into a blood cell layer and a serum layer. The support body 3 is made of acrylic resin or the like and is provided so as to be movable up and down. The nozzle guide 2 attached to the support 3 is made of polyacetal resin or the like and has a cylindrical shape, and projects toward the container. This nozzle guide 2 has a stepped portion 2a formed at the lower end, and a cylindrical member 8 is formed here.

Specific Effects of the Invention In this preparative separation device, in order to aspirate the serum in the container 1 into the nozzle 4, the supporting fixed body 5 and the supporting body 3 are respectively lowered as shown in FIG.
The nozzle 4 is inserted into the container 1 while being guided by the nozzle guide 2. The cylindrical member 8 at the lower end of the nozzle guide 2 comes into contact with the upper opening of the container, and the pressing force of the compression coil spring 9 presses the container 1 downward. Therefore, since the lower surface of the cylindrical member 8 is tapered and the cylindrical member 8 is pressed, only a portion of the cylindrical member 8 touches the opening edge of the container, as shown in FIG. Even when the container 1 is in contact with the nozzle guide 2, the container 1 is tilted so that the entire surface of the container 1 is in contact with the nozzle guide 2, as shown in FIG.

Specific effects of the invention In this preparative separation device, the container 1 does not shake or tilt due to misalignment between the nozzle 4 and the sample rack 6, play between the sample rack 6 and the container 1, etc. If there is, the following effects will be achieved.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the nozzle 4 descends, the nozzle tip 10 hits the opening edge of the container 1, but as shown in FIG. Correct the position of the opening. As a result, the nozzle tip 10 can be easily inserted into the container away from the opening edge of the container 1. Therefore, the nozzle tip 10 does not get stuck on the opening edge of the container as in the conventional case, and it can be inserted smoothly into the container, so there is no risk of blood cells getting mixed into the serum layer, and it is easy to use when separating the serum. Reliability can be significantly improved.

Other specific examples of the invention In the above embodiment, the cylindrical main body portion and the tapered portion of the nozzle guide were formed separately, but for example, as shown in FIG. It may be provided so as to be able to move vertically by penetrating through the through hole 3a of the support body 3, and to be supported by providing a stepped portion 8a at the upper end thereof. This structure also produces effects similar to those of the above embodiment.
