FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the equipment in the manufacturing process. Reference numeral 1 denotes a conveyor belt, in which a web 2 of a certain thickness ( per m2) carded by a carding machine (not shown) is
30g to 100g) is sent out. Reference numeral 3 denotes an adhesive spraying nozzle provided at the edge of the conveyor so that adhesive resin liquid is sprayed onto the surface of the web. Reference numeral 4 denotes a wave forming machine, which has a pair of conveyors 4a and 4'a facing each other, and
Partition plates 4b, 4'b of a certain height are erected on each conveyor 4a, 4'a, and the conveyors 4a, 4'a are rotated synchronously in the direction of the arrow. 'a each partition plate 4b,
4'b intersect with each other in an alternating manner, which allows the web 2 to be sprayed with the resin liquid.
The folds progress while being sandwiched between the upper and lower partition plates 4b and 4'b, so that continuous wavy folds p are formed as shown in the illustrated example.

Thus, the wavy folds P are continuously pushed into the chamber device 6 formed at a constant height interval by the upper plate 5a and the lower plate 5b, and the relatively long occlusions in the chamber device 6 are formed. While passing through the channel, the wavy folds are pressed one after another, and the intervals between the wavy folds gradually narrow, and each fold becomes a standing state, and the surfaces of adjacent folds are bonded to each other through the adhesive resin liquid. Gluing rollers 7 and 7' are provided at upper and lower positions near the end of the chamber, and 8 and 8' are subsequent fabric supply rollers that apply glue to the upper and lower surfaces of the wavy web that passes through the chamber and is fixed. The glue is applied by the rollers 7, 7', and the fabrics 9, 9' are supplied to the upper and lower surfaces of the adhesive so that the adhesive is applied at the same time.

10 and 10' are pressure plates that press the attached fabrics 9 and 9' at regular intervals vertically and elastically through springs 11 and 11', respectively. Close. At this time, the pressing plates 10, 10' are perforated plates, and the part is formed in a steam drying chamber 12 divided into upper and lower parts,
