In Fig. 1, there is a water outlet 2 at the bottom of the hot water storage tank 1, a circulation pump 3, a heat exchanger 4, and a hot water storage tank 1.
A circulation path 6 is formed through an inlet 5 at the upper part of the inlet. On the other hand, a heat transfer path passing through a heat exchanger 4, an expansion valve 7, an evaporator 8 and a compressor 9 is formed. The evaporator 8 is equipped with a heat collection unit composed of a heat transfer path 10, a heat collection plate 11, and a support plate 17, and these parts are fixed with upper and lower frames 12, 13, left and right frames 14, 15, and a lid 16 to collect heat. As a container, it is installed outdoors such as on a roof, absorbs solar heat (solar radiation), guides it to a heat exchanger 4 by operating a compressor 9, exchanges heat with the heat exchanger 4, and converts water into hot water. The water in the hot water storage tank 1 can be boiled to approximately 55℃, and its boiling efficiency COP (coefficient of product) reaches 4, making it extremely energy-saving compared to general heating element electric water heaters. This provides a highly effective water heater.

The external appearance of the heat collector 8 is shown in FIG. 2, and the frame configuration is shown in the third. The heat collecting unit is held by upper and lower frames 12 and 13 and left and right frames 14 and 15, and a support plate 17 is fixed to the upper and lower frames 12 and 13 with screws. The space between the heat collecting plates 11 passes through the front and back.
Air can flow in and out as shown by the arrows in the figure.
Therefore, as can be easily inferred, heat collectors are directly exposed to the wind and rain and do not have a structure that protects the inside (for example, a structure that protects the inside by enclosing it in a box and pasting glass on one side), so each component There is no special protection for this, and it is simply protected by painting.

Both the upper and lower ends of the support plate 17 are bent into an L-shape and have screw holes at their tips. On the other hand, the upper and lower frames 12, 13
It has a generally rectangular tubular cross section to prevent rainwater and dirt from accumulating when exposed to wind and rain, and has a hole 19 on one long side of the rectangle into which a screwdriver can be inserted, and a screw into the other long side. Small diameter hole 2
0 is provided, and the end of the support plate 17 is connected to the frames 12 and 1.
The large diameter hole 19 is placed in close contact with the side where the small diameter hole 20 of No. 3 is located.
It is fixed with screws, and a gasket 21 is inserted into the large diameter hole 19 to prevent rain and dirt from entering.

However, since the upper and lower frames 12, 13 and the support plate 17 are fixed only with screws, while the screws are exposed to the wind and rain, the screws deteriorate and rust, causing them to lose strength and break. occurred. Further, the seal 21 prevents water from flowing into the upper and lower frames 12 and 13, but water flows into the interior through a slight gap and remains inside the upper and lower frames 12 and 13 without being discharged to the outside. It was found that corrosion inside No. 13 was accelerated. As a result, as shown in Fig. 5, the frames 12, 13 and the support plate 17 are unfixed due to broken screws, the heat collection unit is bent, and in snowy areas the heat transfer path 10 is destroyed, causing the heat collector to function. It had the serious drawback of losing its value.

Purpose of the invention In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention prevents water from entering into the upper and lower frames, and also prevents the heat collecting unit from falling off even if the fixing screws between the support plate and the upper and lower frames are damaged. The purpose of this invention is to provide a highly reliable heat collector that maintains its function over a long period of time.

Structure of the invention To achieve the above object, the present invention includes a heat collection unit that includes a plurality of heat collection plates that collect heat from the sun and the atmosphere, and a heat collection unit that penetrates through and comes into close contact with the inside of the plurality of heat collection plates. a heat transfer path that absorbs heat, a support plate that is installed in parallel with the heat collecting plate and supports the heat transfer path by penetrating the inside thereof, upper and lower frames that constitute an outer frame, and a cross section provided in the upper and lower frames. Consists of a U-shaped holding metal fitting,
The support plate is held within the recess of the holding fitting.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS One embodiment will be described below based on the drawings. As shown in Fig. 4, a substantially U-shaped holding bracket 1
8 is fixed with screws from the holding fitting 18 side with the concave portion facing away from the frames 12 and 13. Then, the support plate 17 of the heat collecting unit is inserted into the recess of the holding fitting 18 so as to fit therein, and both are fixed with screws, and this is done for both the upper and lower frames 12 and 13. Although not shown, the upper and lower frames 12 and 13
After fastening the holding fitting 18 with the screw K, both the screw and the screw are simultaneously painted and treated to prevent rust, and then the two are integrated.

With the above configuration, while the heat collector is exposed to the wind and rain, the screws K deteriorate, generate stirrups, and lose strength.
Even if the screw K is damaged, the heat collection unit will not fall off because the support plate 17 is held by the holding fittings 18, and the heat collection unit will not be bent, and damage to the heat transfer path 10 in snowy areas can be prevented. It is something.

Furthermore, since there are no holes in the frames 12 and 13, rainwater does not enter and corrosion inside the frame can be completely prevented.
Although it is a combination of separate parts, it can withstand wind and rain and exhibit excellent rust-proofing properties as it is painted as one piece.

It goes without saying that if the frame, holding metal fittings, and screws have been previously subjected to a surface treatment such as plating, then the rust-preventive effect is further improved.
