A conventional electric heating board had a structure as shown in Fig. 3. That is, 11 is a heat insulating board made of felt material, a groove 12 is formed in the upper part of this heat insulating board 11 by press working, and a heating element 13 and a temperature overrise prevention device (not shown) are installed in this groove 12. ing. Reference numeral 14 indicates an upper plate disposed above the heat insulating plate 11, and numeral 15 indicates a sheet disposed below the heat insulating plate 11. This sheet 15 is made of polyester or the like. 16 is a frame.

In the electric heating board having the above structure, since the grooves 12 are formed by press working, the hardness of the heat insulating board 11 is significantly higher than that of felt material, and as a result, the grooves 12 are formed above the heat insulating board 11. The adhesion with the upper plate 14 deteriorates, resulting in a decrease in insulation efficiency, and since the sheet 15 disposed below the insulation board 11 is made of polyester or the like, for example, knives, nails, etc. may be placed under the electric heating board. There was a fear that if there were any such heat, they would not only damage the sheet 15 but also penetrate the heat insulating material 11 and damage the heating element 13.

The present invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the present invention will be explained below based on the drawings showing one embodiment thereof. In Figure 1,
1 is a heat insulating board A made of felt material that has high air density and is highly flexible;
1 is equipped with a heating element 2 above. Reference numeral 3 denotes a metal upper plate disposed above the heat insulating plate A1, and this upper plate 3 is made of a material with excellent thermal conductivity. 4 is a heat insulating board B placed below the heat insulating board A1
The heat insulating board B4 is made of a hard fiberboard having relatively high hardness and excellent water resistance.

In the above configuration, the heat insulating board A1 has a high air density and is highly flexible, so it is very excellent in terms of protecting the heating element 2, and the heat of the heating element 2 is transferred to the heat insulating board A1, which has excellent thermal conductivity. The heat is conducted to the upper plate 3 made of a metal material, but the heat conduction to the heat insulating plate A1, which has poor thermal conductivity and high air density, is considerably lower than that to the upper plate 3. Therefore, its insulation is excellent. Furthermore, even if there is a knife, nail, etc. below the electric heating board, their intrusion into the heat insulating board A1 is prevented by the heat insulating board B4 made of hard fiberboard. Further, a plurality of heat insulating plates A1 are provided with gaps 5a and 5b, and a temperature regulator or an overtemperature rise prevention device 6 is provided in the gaps 5a and 5b of the plurality of heat insulating plates 1a, 1b, and 1c. Therefore, even when replacing the temperature regulator or overtemperature rise prevention device 6, it is possible to pull them out to the cord opening cover 8 without disassembling the entire electric heating board, or to replace the cord opening cover 8. gap 5
It can be easily done by putting it in a and 5b,
Moreover, it can be obtained at a very low cost.

In actual use, electric heating boards may be stepped on strongly by feet wearing slippers, shoes or even high heels, the floor surface on which they are placed may not be flat, or they may be placed on top of something else. In some cases, the electric heating board may become deformed and the heater, temperature controller, overtemperature prevention device, and even the connections may be damaged, causing the electric heating board to stop generating heat or cause an electric shock. Otherwise, it may overheat abnormally, causing smoke or fire. The electric heating board of the present invention consists of a metal upper plate, a heat insulating plate made of felt material with high air density, and a hard fiberboard with high hardness. Because the board is extremely hard and has a large elastic modulus, the combination of the three elements, with the insulation board made of felt material as the neutral axis, achieves extremely strong bending rigidity, and it can withstand external static loads, dynamic loads, etc. This provides an excellent structure that is safe and lightweight without being deformed or damaged. Further, the heater is protected by the heat insulating plate, so that it will not be damaged and the thermal efficiency of the heater will be excellent. In addition, even if the temperature regulator or overtemperature preventive device breaks down, the temperature controller or overtemperature preventive device can be easily replaced without replacing the entire electric heating board.
Even if there are knives or nails under the electric heating board, the hard fiberboard can prevent them from entering.
Moreover, it can be constructed at a very low cost, and is extremely advantageous in practice.
