たもの(実公昭55−4690号)が知られている。

電体として構成することができる(第1図参照)。
また、導電体としてはアルミナ、窒化珪素等の電
気絶縁性のセラミツク焼結体1の内部にヒーター
2を配置してもよい(第2参照)。このヒーター
2はNi−Cr線等の金属或いは無機非金属を成分
とする発熱体をセラミツク材料の焼成前に埋設す
ることにより形成できる。

り電気的に遮断されており、ホルダー3と支持棒
4とを外部電極として通電可能にされている。ま
た、ヒーター2を埋設する場合にはホルダー3に
スパイラル状に配置したヒーター2の外周側端末
を接続し、その内周側端末に支持棒4を接続する
よう構成すればよい。

を形成するから、灰やカスの付着によるヒーター
の断線や劣化或いはシヨート等のトラブルを生ず
ることがなく、そして、単純な形状で着火時の空
気の流通が確保できるのでコストをかけず、強度
を落とすことなしに着火を容易にし、また安価な
セラミツク焼結体を昇温体とするためコストダウ
ンを可能にし、しかも着火面に色付着できるから
フアツシヨン性も向上し得るものである。
