【考案の詳細な説明】
〔技術分野〕
本考案は、軒樋の端部に嵌め込んで止水をする

従来の軒樋用止水部材は第１図、第２図に示す

の位置決めができず、固着時に両者がずれて固着
されることが多く、外周嵌め込み部３と押え片５
との間の小間隙１０が一定でなく、この小間隙１
０に軒樋２を嵌め込んだ場合押え片５が軒樋２を
押圧することなく浮いた状態となつたり、あるい
は逆に小間隙１０がせますぎて軒樋２を嵌め込む
ことが実質的にできないという問題があつた。

て押え片５を対向させて成るものであつて、この
ような構成とすることで従来の問題点を解決して
上記本考案の目的を達成したものである。

てある。なお外周嵌め込み部３の耳嵌め込み部１
２よりも上方の部分は装飾のために設けられた飾
り部である。押え片５と縦片６とで断面Ｌ状の内
側部材７が形成してある。ここで押え片５は外周
嵌め込み部３の内周に沿うような弧状に形成して
ある。内側部材７の縦片６乃至外側部材４の止水
板部１のいずれか一方に凸部８が設けてあり、い
ずれか他方に凹部９が設けてあつて、凸部８と凹
部９とを嵌合して外側部材４と内側部材７との相
互の位置合せした状態で半田付け、接着剤等の固
着手段によつて固着してある。このように凸部８
と凹部９とを嵌合することで外側部材４と内側部
材７との相互の位置関係が常に一定になり、外周
嵌め込み部３と外周嵌め込み部３の内側に対向す
る押え片５との間の小間隙１０との間の間隙巾が
一定にできるものである。ここで止水板部１に凸
部８又は凹部９を設けた場合、これが外部から止
水板部１の外面に設けた模様に見えることとな
り、止水板部１の模様と係止手段とを兼用できる
こととなる。しかして上記の構成の軒樋用止水部
材は軒樋２の端部に嵌着されるものであり、この
場合軒樋２の端部を外周嵌め込み部３と押え片５

りと嵌合できるものである。また内側部材と外側
部材との固定面において凹凸嵌合部分の存在によ
つて固定面の強度が向上するものである。
