この考案は、プラスチツク製の各種食品用容器
（以下パツクと称する）をシールするに際し、自
動包装機によつてシールを自動化して行うのに適
した自動包装機用パツクを提供しようとするもの
である。

第１図〜第２図において３はプラスチツク製の

自在に蓋が付設されている。蓋には、上記ヒンジ
部分側の端部から他端に向けて切れ目４が設けら
れており、切れ目４で分割された蓋１，２はそれ
ぞれ別個に開閉することができる。
このようなパツクを用いて自動包装機にかける
場合、最初に蓋１をシールしておく。その状態で
パツク３内に製品を押込むと、製品は蓋１、パツ
ク本体３の底面および側面５によつて押さえられ
る。したがつて、製品に弾力性や伸縮性があつて
もパツク本体３からはみ出ることはなくなる。
そうしておいてから今度は蓋２をシールすれ
ば、製品がパツクからはみ出したり、蓋を製品毎
シールしたりして外観をそこなうことなく、製品
を包装することができる。また勿論、容易にこの
種パツクのシール工程を機械化することができ
る。
第３図は、本考案の他の実施例を示し、蓋に設
けた切れ目４が、所定間隔に分離されて数ミリの
すきま６を有している。このようにすれば、各蓋
１，２は開閉の際に引掛かることがない。
第４図は本考案のさらに別の実施例を示すもの
で、切り目４が複数設けてある。この切れ目４で
分割された上下の蓋１、および中央の蓋２は別々
に開閉することができる。

合に製品がシール部分からはみ出したり、製品も
一緒にシールしてしまつたりする欠点が解消でき
た。
また上記機能を付与するに当たつて、この考案
では蓋の加工が簡単で、コスト面でもほとんど従
来のパツクと変わらないで、自動包装機用のパツ
クを提供することができる。
