In order to take these heat insulation and sound insulation measures, for example, conventionally, as shown in Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-128431, a composite material is constructed by laminating metal foil on one side of a synthetic resin foam board and a base material on the metal foil. A panel has been devised and implemented.

However, in such composite panels, no measures are taken on the wall side, where condensation is most likely to occur, so the synthetic resin foam board absorbs moisture from the wall surface, and in the long term, the heat insulating layer of the composite panel becomes wet. If such a situation were to occur, not only would the heat insulation effect and sound insulation effect be lost, but the synthetic resin foam board, metal foil, and base material would peel off, rendering the board useless as a wall material. In order to overcome this drawback, there are several possible countermeasures, such as using an insulating material with excellent moisture resistance, making the panel itself airtight, or making the insulating material breathable, but all of these methods are expensive. It has become a structure and has not become widely used.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks and provides a sound-insulating heat-insulating board that can provide good heat-insulating and sound-insulating effects without requiring a complicated structure such as moisture-proofing or air-tight construction.

As shown in the drawings, the present invention is a sound-insulating and heat-insulating laminate A in which a plurality of heat-insulating materials, sound-insulating materials, etc. are laminated.A metal foil 2 is pasted on one side of a synthetic resin foam 1, and a metal foil 2 is attached on the other side. A sound insulating sheet 3 made of soft synthetic resin containing powder, etc. is pasted and laminated, and a paper material 4 is attached to the metal foil 2 side surface (outer surface) of this laminate 1, 2, 3.
A desired surface decorative material 5 is further laminated on the surface (outer surface) of the paper material 4 to complete an integrated sound-insulating heat-insulating laminate A. The sound insulation sheet 3 side of this sound insulation heat insulation laminate A is installed on the inner and outer walls 6 of a building such as walls and ceilings to provide sound insulation and heat insulation. With this structure, the sound insulation sheet 3 is made of soft synthetic resin (e.g. vinyl chloride) containing metal powder and has a thickness of 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm.
In addition, the synthetic resin foam 1 is 7 mm to 25 mm thick, the paper material 4 is 100 to 350 g/ m2 , and the metal foil 2 is aluminum foil, iron, copper foil, etc., each formed to a thickness of 10 to 120 μm. Although it is preferable to do so because it efficiently exhibits the functions and effects described below, it is not necessary to be particular about it, as the most suitable one should be selected depending on the place of use and conditions of use.

It is advantageous that the surface decorative material 5 of the sound-insulating and heat-insulating laminate A can be affixed later so that it can be patterned with a desired pattern and material. This can be done by attaching a laminated layer of soft synthetic resin sound insulating sheet 3, synthetic resin foam 1, metal foil 2, and paper material 4 to a wall at a factory, etc., and then installing the surface material 5 on site. By pasting and completing the design, it is also possible to finish by pasting the same pattern on the walls, ceiling, fittings, etc., to match the atmosphere of the room.
The surface decorative material 5 may be made of paper, cloth, synthetic resin, or a combination thereof, and may be of any material commonly used for cosmetics, and its material and pattern are not limited.

As mentioned above, the sound-insulating heat-insulating laminate A of the present invention has the metal foil 2 placed on the surface side.
The inner synthetic resin foam 1 can provide complete insulation by directly reflecting cold and warm air and reducing the heat introduced into the interior by half. Furthermore, the synthetic resin foam 1 serving as the core material is sandwiched between the metal foil 2 and the sound insulation sheet 3 in a sandwich-like manner, and the metal foil 2 and the sound insulation sheet 3 have no moisture permeability at all. Therefore, the synthetic resin foam 1 inside is kept in a kind of airtight state, so no condensation occurs due to the temperature difference between the outside of the front surface and the outside of the back surface, and moisture is blocked from either side, making it dry. maintain the condition. This means that if the laminate A is kept in a good dry state for a long period of time and attention is paid only to the adhesion between the wall surface 6 and the laminate A, the insulation performance will be maintained semi-permanently and the problem of warping will not occur. Therefore, it is an extremely effective heat insulating material.

In addition, in terms of sound insulation, the sound insulation sheet 3 of the laminate A is made of a soft synthetic resin such as a vinyl chloride sheet mixed with heavy metal powder such as iron powder or lead powder, so it exhibits a high sound insulation effect. Although it is soft, it fits tightly against the surface roughness of the wall material 6, so it has the effect of eliminating even the space where condensation can occur.

Further, the paper material 4 serves to reinforce the metal foil 2 and make it easier to attach. If the metal foil 2 is made of a metal foil having steel properties, such as iron foil with a thickness of 70 to 120 microns, it will have appropriate hardness and will not be dented or torn as it will bounce off the impact from the surface. In some cases, it is also possible to omit the paper material 4 as a reinforcing material. However, if there is a risk of rust, such as iron foil, it is advisable to apply anti-rust treatment in advance or use moisture-proof adhesive.
