部及び取付嵌着部を有するシールの製造方法にお
いて、互いに圧接分離自在に対接した成形型の対
向面に相対して設けた少なくとも一方が弾力部材
に支持されて対向方向に進退自在とした圧締部間
に前記補強環の内外周部間の中間部分を圧締挾着
し、前記成形型の圧接時に前記補強環の内周側及
び外周側に形成される前記シールリツプ部及び取
付嵌着部の成形空間内に配合の異なる成形弾性材
料をそれぞれ充填することを特徴とするシールの
製造方法。 2 補強環の内周部及び外周部に弾性材製シール
部及び取付嵌着部を有するシールの製造装置にお
いて、互いに圧接分離自在に対接した成形型の対
向面に前記補強環の内外周部間の中間部分を圧締
挾着可能に相対して設けた少なくとも一方が弾力
部材に支持されて対向方向に進退自在とした圧締
部と、前記成形型の圧接時に前記両圧締部の内側
及び外側に前記シールリツプ部及び取付嵌着部の
成形空間をそれぞれ形成するように各成形型に設
けた成形面と、前記各成形空間に成形弾性材料を
それぞれ別個に充填する充填注入部とから構成し
てなることを特徴とするシールの製造装置。[Scope of Claims] 1.
