易に行なえなかつた。 Conventionally, a centrifugal molding device of the type has been equipped with a rotary mold having an inner surface for molding a body and an outer molding surface for a socket, and an end surface having a molding surface for a socket end face and an inner molding mold surface for the socket at one end of the rotary mold. A configuration in which the jig is detachably provided is provided. According to this method, after centrifugally molding a resin pipe with a socket, the end jig was first removed, and the resin pipe was removed from the rotary mold by pulling it out toward the side where the end jig was attached. However, in demolding, the resin tube, whose entire outer surface is in close contact with the rotary mold, must be extruded from the side opposite to the side where the end jig is attached, and the extrusion force acts to expand the diameter of the resin tube. I couldn't do it easily because I had to do it.

This rotary mold 1 has a straight body molding inner surface 4, and has a large diameter portion 1A formed at one end and a spigot end molding surface 5 at the other end. 6 is the large diameter portion 1A
An outer cylindrical portion 6 that is an annular socket mold that can be freely fitted and removed from the outside to the large diameter portion 1A.
A, an inner cylindrical portion 6B that can be fitted and removed from the inside, and a connecting portion 6C that connects both cylindrical portions 6A and 6B and can freely come into contact with the end surface of the large diameter portion 1A. The inner end surface of the inner cylindrical portion 6B is in contact with the stepped inner surface of the large diameter portion 1A,
At this time, an O-ring 7 for sealing is located. Further, the inner cylindrical portion 6B is formed with a receptacle outer molding surface 8 and a communication portion molding surface 9 extending from the receptacle outer molding surface 8 to the body molding inner surface 4. In order to form this communication portion molding surface 9, the inner end of the inner cylinder portion 6B protrudes inward, and this protrusion becomes the engaging portion 6b. A connecting device 10 is provided between the outer cylinder portion 6A and the large diameter portion 1A.
will be provided. That is, radially slidable locking pins 11 are disposed at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction of the outer cylinder portion 6A so as to protrude from both the inner and outer surfaces, and the locking pins 11 are biased to protrude outward. A spring 12 is provided, and a recess 13 in which the locking pin 11 protruding inward can freely engage is provided on the outer surface side of the large diameter portion 1A.
Reference numeral 14 denotes an annular socket end face mold that can be fitted into and removed from the socket mold 6 from the outside. The cylindrical portion 14B, both cylindrical portions 14A,
and a communication section 14C that communicates with the communication section 14B. A part of the communication part 14C contacts the communication part 6C of the socket mold 6 from the outside, and also contacts the inner cylinder part 14B.
The inner end surface becomes the socket end surface molding surface 15. Reference numeral 16 denotes a socket inner surface molding die which is slidably fitted into the socket end surface molding die 14, and the outer surface of the inner side thereof becomes the socket inner surface molding surface 17. Further, recesses 18 and 19 are formed in the intermediate part and the outer end, respectively, and these recesses 1
8 and 19, and a spring 2 that biases the fitting.
1 is provided. 22 is a resin pipe, which has a socket 22B at one end via a communication part 22A and a spigot 22C at the other end.

acts on the locking pin 11, causing the locking pin 11 to move inward against the spring 12 and engage with the recess 13. This allows the socket mold 6 to be connected to the connecting device 10.
It is connected to the large diameter portion 1A by. Further, the socket inner surface mold 16 is in an ejection position relative to the socket end surface mold 14, and the ball 20 is located in the recess 18 at that position.
It is determined by the fit. As a result, the inside of the socket outer molding surface 8 is in an open state. In this state, while rotating the rotary mold 1, resin is supplied onto the outer molding surface 8 of the socket, thereby forming the mold 1 on the socket 2.
Perform centrifugal molding of 2B. Next, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 2, the socket inner surface forming die 16 is pushed in, and the ball 20 is engaged with the recess 19 to perform positioning. After that, the resin is supplied toward the molded inner surface 4 of the body, and the connecting portion 22A and the spigot 22 are
