In the past, attempts have been made to form excipients by press-fitting fluid molding materials such as cement, gypsum, calcium silicate-forming materials, and other hydraulic inorganic materials mixed with excess water into a mold and dewatering them. It is. The most common method for dewatering is to suction through a drainage hole on one mold surface, but there is a problem with the material used between the molding material and the mold surface during dewatering.

In other words, with non-stretchable materials such as fine metals, it is difficult to obtain the desired molded product by making the dehydrated excipient conform to the complex shape provided on the mold surface. With some materials, it is possible to give the molded object a complex shape, but there may be misalignment or

The present invention was completed as a result of the creator's intensive studies in order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks.
The object of the present invention is to provide a molding die that is easy to handle without causing material displacement or wrinkles.

FIG. 1 shows the female mold 1. The female mold 1 may be made of metal, glass fiber reinforced thermosetting synthetic resin, or the like. A large number of drainage holes 2, 2 are provided on the mold surface of the female mold 1,
A suction pipe 3 is connected to the internal hollow part. The female mold 1 is paired with the male mold 4 as shown in FIG. A mold cavity 5 is formed by closing the female mold 1 and the male mold 4. The mold cavity 5 is made to conform to the shape of the target object 14. Male type 4 in female type 1
A circumferential groove 6 is recessed in a portion corresponding to the closing portion of the die so as to surround the mold surface, a groove 7 is formed inside the circumferential groove 6, and a sealing ring 8 is provided.

Reference numeral 9 is a member made of a stretchable material, and the mold cavity 5
installed inside. An extensible material is a material whose dimensions expand and its area expands when force is applied.
For example, crimped fabric, porous rubber, etc. are suitable. The peripheral edge of the material 9 is fixed to the frame 10,
The material 9 is brought into a slightly taut state. The frame body 10 is made of metal, hard synthetic resin, etc.
It surrounds the mold surface. The peripheral edge of the material 9 is connected to the outer edge of the frame 10. The frame 10 is attached to the circumferential groove 6 of the female die 1 and is prevented from coming off by a projection 11 at the opening of the circumferential groove 6.

In the molding mold of the present invention, the female mold 1 and the male mold 4 are closed together, and a highly fluid molding material 13 is press-fitted into the mold cavity 5 from the molding material supply pipe 12 of the male mold 4.

At this time, the molding material 13 is prevented from leaking out by the sealing ring 8, and even if the material 9 is expanded, the frame 10 is captured in the circumferential groove 6, so that the material 9 does not shift. The material 9 is attached to the frame 10 in a slightly taut state.
Since it is fixed in place, there will be no wrinkles.
Then, the molding material 13 is suctioned through the suction pipe 3 of the female mold 1, and water is dehydrated through the drain holes 2, 2, to obtain a shaped article 14 in which the complex shape of the mold surface of the female mold 1 is formed. Also at this time, the material 9 does not shift. The mold is expanded and the mold 14 is pulled up together with the male mold 4 or remains in the female mold 1. Excipient 1
When the mold 4 is pulled up together with the male mold 4, or when the excipient 14 remaining in the female mold 1 is lifted by an appropriate means, the material 9 is peeled off from the surface of the excipient 14, but the material 9 is stretched. Peeling is easily performed by the force of restoring from the state, and no chips or rough surfaces are formed on the surface of the excipient 14. In either case, the frame 10 of the material 9 is captured in the circumferential groove 6 and remains attached to the female mold 1. When washing the material 9 with water, the frame 10 is pulled out from the circumferential groove 6 from the outside.

As mentioned above, the mold for molding of the present invention gives a complex shape to the mold surface due to the extensibility of the material.
The frame body to which the material is fixed is attached to the circumferential groove of the mold,
Since the material is placed in a slightly taut state, there will be no misalignment or wrinkles, and after molding, the material can be easily peeled off from the excipient by restoring its stretched state, and the surface of the excipient will remain intact. No chips or rough surfaces will occur.
