生する粉塵を全体的あるいは局所的に捕集して除
塵処理を行う等の用に供する湿式集塵装置に於け
る新規の粉塵捕集水槽に関するものであつて、除
塵室内に案内された粉塵にシヤワーにより水分を
与えて水槽に落下させてから集塵する形式の湿式
集塵装置に於て、排水口の内側に張設された濾板
と、濾板の表面、水槽の底壁内面およびスラツジ
放出口への案内壁内面に接触して移動する状態と
してカタピラーのベルト状駆動体に取付けられた
多数枚の掻取用スクレパーとを備え、スクレパー
の先端部を水面上に突出した状態で同水面に沿つ
て移動するようにされたことを要旨としたもので
ある。

夫々張設すると共に当該除塵室4の後方側壁の下
辺部に含塵ガスを上記の水面6に向つて斜めに吐
出する導入ヘツダー12を取付け、また水槽3の
水を上記のシヤワー10に同水槽3の排水口13
に連設した循環ポンプ14およびフイルター装置
15を介して戻して循環せしめるようにすると共
に水槽3内に於て同水槽3の後端壁2の内側にパ
ンチングメタレ製の濾板16を後方に向つて上傾
する状態に張設し、更に水槽3の前端に前方に突
出する一対の張出板18,18を突設し、この張
出板18,18の間、水槽3の前端壁1に於ける
下端の内側、濾板16の下端部の内側および同濾
板16の上端部の内側に逆転軸19,20を前後
方向に直交する向きに渡し設け、これ等遊転軸1
9,20の全部にカタピラーのベルト状体21を
掛け廻すと共に当該ベルト状体21の外周面に多
数枚のスクレーパー22を遊転軸19と平行の等
間隔に固定し、また張出板18,18間に渡し設
けた特定の遊転軸19の一端を外方に貫出して当
該貫出端に所要の駆動機(図示せず)を連結し、
この特定遊転軸19を駆動軸として上記のベルト
状体21を其の下辺23が後方より前方に向つて
進出方向で循環させるようにし、且つこの循環に
伴つて各スクレーパー22は水槽3の水面部分を
撹拌して同水面上に浮いている粉塵を水没させ、
濾板16の表面、水槽3の底壁24および同前端

まるスラツジを掻き取り乍ら搬送して水槽3の前

て移動するようにされたので、水面上に浮いたま
まの粉塵を浮いたままで搬送し乍ら積極的に含水
されることができ且つ水面を撹拌して積極的に沈
降水没させることができるものであつて捕集排除
を短い時間で効率よく行い得る優れた効果があ
る。
