バー1はブツシング3全体を被覆するために、ブ
ツシング3の沿面距離に比べて端子カバー1の沿
面距離が短かくなるので、外部充電端子6が端子
カバー1の沿面を経て変圧器のカバー2部分と地
絡事故を誘発する虞れもあつた。しかも、端子カ
バー1はブツシング全体を被覆するため、材料費

に、横断面が波形となるように成形加工して、ブ
ツシング11の傘部に当接する凸部18aと、ブ
ツシング11との間に空〓部11aを形成させる
