(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the case of such a device, when the processed sheet material descends, as shown in FIG. The embroidery needle e with the thin thread d passing through it will surely penetrate the extra-thick thread C, and therefore the extra-thick thread C
is sewn onto the processed sheet-like material using thin thread d. However, if the processed sheet-like object rises or moves to the right or left, the In this case, the state is symmetrical to that in FIG. Since the distance between the embroidery needle e and the bobbin b is large, it is difficult to stably fix the bent part J of the thick thread in the guide hole g, and the embroidery needle e passes through the center of the guide hole g. It often happens that the thread passes through the opening k without penetrating the very thick thread C (hereinafter referred to as skipping).

In this way, when using conventional equipment, due to skipping,
This resulted in a large number of extra-thick thread parts coming loose from the processed sheet material, making it virtually impossible to mass-produce high-quality embroidery products using extra-thick thread.

FIG. 5 shows a case where the processed sheet-like object is in the descending state F2, and the extra-thick insertion portion 29 is bent in a V-shape at the lower edge portion 31 of the guide hole 10. As shown in FIG. Since the extra-thick yarn 9 inserted through the guide hole 10 is guided and pulled out by the guide portion 12 provided close to the guide hole 10, a considerable amount of thread is passed through the guide hole g as shown in FIG. This is completely different from the case in the conventional device in which the extra-thick thread C unwound from the bobbin b arranged at a distance is directly inserted into the guide hole g.
The lower edge portion 3 of the guide hole 10 in the bent state
1 and is stably fixed in position. On the other hand, the embroidery needle 7 that is inserted through the guide hole 10 is positioned so as to be inserted through a portion of the guide hole 10 that is closer to the guide portion 12 . Therefore, the extremely thick insertion portion 29, which is stably fixed in position, can be reliably penetrated by the embroidery needle 7.

The action of the device 1 having such a configuration is the above-mentioned 1 action.
However, in this embodiment, the guide portion 12 as a through hole is approximately 45 mm wide of the guide hole 10.
Since it is provided so that it lies on an inclined line extending in a downward direction, and its hole axis coincides with the inclined direction, the guide part 12 and The bending angle at the guide portion of the maximum system 9 guided to the guide hole 10 can be made as large as possible, and therefore the frictional resistance of the extremely thick yarn 9 that is received when the guide F section is inserted can be minimized, and the extremely thick yarn 9 can be moved more smoothly. It leads to scales. Note that when it is not necessary to sew the extra-thick thread 9 onto the processed sheet-like object 2, in other words, when embroidery is to be performed using only the thin thread, the extra-large thread 9 is removed from the guide hole 10.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the guide portion 12 be disposed diagonally downward (lower right or lower left) in order to configure the device of the present invention using an existing device. The arrangement site is not limited thereto, and can be set at any direction centering on the guide hole 10 as long as there is no problem with the configuration of the device. Also, setting the position of the embroidery needle 7 so as to insert it through the portion of the guide hole 10 near the guide portion 12 means that when the extra-thick thread 9 is folded back at a small angle in the guide hole 10 (for example, as shown in FIG. In the case shown in Fig. 7), the embroidery needle 7 is inserted into the extra-thick thread insertion part 2.
This means that the setting is made so that the hole passes through the hole 9 reliably. For example, if the guide part 12 is provided diagonally below the guide hole 10, the embroidery needle 7 is positioned so as to be slightly offset diagonally downward from the center of the guide hole 10, or It is positioned slightly below the center of the guide hole 10.

(Effects of the Invention) The device of the present invention is configured to include an embroidery thread guiding section consisting of a guide hole and a guide section adjacent to the guide hole, and the embroidery needle is inserted through a portion of the guide hole near the guide section. Therefore, insert the thick thread unwound from the bobbin through the guide hole from the guide part, and in this state,
When you insert an embroidery needle with fine thread through the guide hole,
No matter which direction the processed sheet-like object such as cloth moves, the embroidery needle will reliably penetrate the extra-thick thread, and therefore the extra-thick thread will be reliably sewn onto the processed sheet-like object with the silk thread.

For this reason, for example, after forming a desired embroidery on a processed sheet using only silk thread without passing extra-thick thread through the guide hole, the processed sheet may be left stretched over the holding frame. By inserting extra-thick thread through the guide hole and subsequently forming embroidery with a desired pattern using extra-thick thread, luxurious embroidered products with excellent decorative effects can be mass-produced. Moreover, as mentioned above, silk thread embroidery and extra-thick thread embroidery can be performed consecutively depending only on whether or not to insert extra-thick thread into the guide hole. Since there is no need for pattern matching, which requires skill, such luxurious embroidery products can be manufactured at low cost.

In the apparatus of the present invention, when the presser presses the surface of the processed sheet-like object, the peripheral edge of the guide hole presses the guide hole insertion part of the extra-large system against the surface of the processed sheet-like object, so that the extra-thick thread can be inserted. When the part is penetrated by an embroidery needle, the part is stably fixed in position and becomes a scale.
