It is rotated by a roller shaft 6 driven by the motor of the handle 1. A rod-shaped belt sander holding rod 7 is provided on the roller holding portion 5 so as to project forward, and a leading roller 8 is rotatably attached to the tip of the rod. A belt sander 9 is wound around the leading roller 8 and the main roller 2. Reference numeral 10 shown in FIG. 3 is a screw for adjusting the fixing dimension of the belt sander holding rod 7 for attaching and detaching the belt sander 9. In this way, the edge portion A of the product is polished as shown in FIG.

Polishing is carried out while changing the angle according to the angle to be gripped, that is, while greatly changing the direction angle of the main body to be grasped. This work while changing the angle of the belt sander is quite difficult and requires skill.

The roller provided at the tip of the fixed rod that is fixed to one side and protrudes is defined as the second apex, and the roller provided at the tip of the swinging rod that swings and protrudes depending on the usage is defined as the third apex. The swinging rod is elastically biased in a direction away from the fixed rod, and a belt sander is passed around the three rollers to create a gap between the roller on the fixed rod and the roller on the swinging rod. The polishing operation is performed using a belt sander, that is, a belt sander on the opposite side of the drive roller.

、両者の作用は同一である)。Embodiment An embodiment of the hand belt sander according to the present invention is shown in FIG. 1 on the same side as that shown in FIG. 2 above. That is, a roller holding part 5a is formed protrudingly in front of the handle 1, and a rotating device driven by a motor built into the main body is provided on one side (the back side in the figure) of the roller holding part 5a, and the drive roller 11 rotated by this or the opposite side thereof is provided. (
(front side in the figure). The roller holding part 5a further has a bracket 12 hanging downwardly, and a fixing rod 13 is attached to the fixing pin 1 at one of the lower two corners of the lower bracket 12.
Fixed at 4. The fixing pin 14 is located at the midpoint of the fixing rod 13, an idling roller 15 is attached to the tip of the fixing rod 13, and a spring pin 16 is installed at the base (the center of the bracket 12). . A pivot 17 is provided at the lower part of the bracket 12 on the usage side, and a swinging rod 18 is swingably attached to the pivot 17. A second idling roller 19 is attached to the tip of the oscillating rod 18, and a pin 2o is installed inside the second idling roller 19 on the oscillating rod 18.
A coil spring 21 is hooked to the pin 20 and the spring pin 16 of the fixed rod 13. A belt sander 9 is stretched around the drive roller 11, idle roller 15, and second idle roller 19. When tensioning the belt sander 9, the swinging rod 18 is swung toward the fixed rod 13 to engage the belt sander 9, and the swinging rod 18 is set at an angle larger than a right angle to the fixed rod 13 (contrary to the figure). (clockwise). That is, the coil spring 21 is caused to perform a toggle spring action. The relationship between the fixed rod 13 and the swing rod 18 is such that in the rotational direction of the drive roller 11, the idle roller 15 of the fixed rod is on the upper side, that is, the belt sander 9 is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. It is better to be treated as such. With this structure, when the edges of an article are polished using the hand belt sander according to this embodiment, the process is as shown in FIG. 5. If the belt sander 9 between the second idling roller 19 of the swinging rod 18 and the idling roller 15 of the fixed rod 13 is pressed against the polishing part of the article to be polished and the motor is driven, the belt sander 9 will move to the polishing part. A is strongly pressed and slides, and at this time, the swinging rod 18 is pressed against the coil spring 2.
1 determines the swinging direction of the belt cylinder (clockwise in the diagram)
Since the hand/belt sander is elastically biased, the operator does not need to apply any force when polishing with this hand/belt sander.
If you hold the triangular belt sander 9 and apply the belt sander on the opposite side of the drive roller to the sanding area, the belt sander will be curved at the sanding area as shown in Figure 5, and the sanding area will be curved and sanded. (Figure 5 shows a hand/belt sander with the mounting position of the drive roller 11 opposite to the main body handle 1 shown in Figure 1, that is, the fixing rod 1.
3 and the swinging rod 18 are shown in reverse order, but their functions are the same).

に附勢するようにしてもよい。In the embodiment, the coil spring 21 is made to perform a toggle spring action, but of course the spring pin 16 is connected to the swinging rod 18.
Alternatively, the swinging rod 18 may be biased toward the outside (to the right in the figure) in the counterclockwise direction in the figure.

This is a highly efficient belt sander that can get a clean finish in a short amount of time.
