の強化繊維を第3図bの如く芯金6が挿入可能な
袋状に形成するか、或は第3図cの如く芯金6に
強化繊維を螺旋状に巻回して形成する。そして芯
金6を補強部材7にて被覆し、この後補強部材7
を熱硬化性樹脂8に埋設してテンプル2を硬化成
