共に、 前記問い合わせ装置に、入力手段と、出力手段と、前記
施設に設置された電話機の電話番号を記憶する記憶手段
と、自装置の前記入力手段からの急患受け入れ状況の問
い合わせ指示の入力に応答して自装置の前記記憶手段に
記憶された電話番号を用いた自動発呼によって前記回線
を介して問い合わせ先の前記施設に急患受け入れ状況の
問い合わせを行うと共に問い合わせ先の施設から返され
る応答情報の内容を自装置の前記出力手段に出力する急
患受け入れ状況問い合わせ手段と、自装置の前記入力手
段からの要求先の施設の選択を含む急患受け入れ予約の
要求指示に応答して前記回線を介して要求先の施設に急
患受け入れ予約を要求すると共に要求先の施設から返さ
れる応答情報の内容を自装置の前記出力手段に出力する
急患受け入れ予約要求手段とを設け、 前記応答装置に、入力手段と、出力手段と、自施設の急
患受け入れ状況を示す状況データを記憶する記憶手段と
、該記憶手段に記憶された状況データを変更する状況デ

により自装置の前記記憶手段に記憶された急患受け入れ
状況データに基づく応答情報を要求元の前記救急自動車
に前記回線を介して送信する急患受け入れ状況応答手段
と、該急患受け入れ状況応答手段によって受け入れ可を
示す応答情報を送信した後に要求元の前記救急自動車か
ら急患受け入れ予約の要求があることにより自装置の前
記出力手段よりその旨の通知を出力すると共に自装置の
前記入力手段から入力される指示に基づき予約承諾、予
約拒否の応答情報を要求元の救急自動車に前記回線を介
して送信する予約要求応答手段とを設けたことを特徴と
する救急医療の予約方式。
