と前記逆流防止膜支持体が流入用細管6の方へ摺
動して逆流防止膜1が前記流入用細管6の端縁で
ある逆流防止膜受け3に当り流体の逆流を防止す
る。逆流防止膜支持体は摺動する際外管内で転倒
しない程度の長さを有する円筒体が好ましい。又
外管5に設けられた逆流防止膜支持体止め4は外
管5から内側へ突き出た数個の突起であつて、本
考案の逆流防止装置を組込んだ装置、機器が正常
に作動している時は、流体が円滑に流れるように
逆流防止膜支持体と外管5とが密着するのを防止
