However, in the conventional device as described above, the outer horizontal portion 26 of the resin base material 22 is formed in a sheet shape that covers the entire overlapped portion with the inner horizontal portion 25 of the metal ring 21. , rubber elastic body 2
3, the rubber elastic body 23 and the resin base material 22 and the rubber elastic body 23 and the metal ring 21 are bonded, respectively, but the outer horizontal portion 26 of the resin base material 22 and the inside of the metal ring 21 are bonded. It is not bonded to the horizontal portion 25, and therefore, when the shaft member is installed or reciprocated, a gap is created between the bent waist portion 30 of the resin base material 22 and the inner end portion 29 of the metal ring 21, making the seal lip portion 31 unstable. As a result, there is a problem in that the ability of the seal lip portion 31 to follow the movement of the shaft member is insufficient, and oil leakage may occur.

This idea aims to achieve the above objectives.
The outer horizontal part of the resin base material having an approximately J-shaped cross section is superimposed on the inner horizontal part of the metal ring having an approximately L-shaped cross section, and the outer periphery of the metal ring and the resin base material is bonded with a rubber elastic material. In the molded oil seal, the outer horizontal portion of the resin base material and the inner horizontal portion of the metal ring can be bonded to the outer horizontal portion of the resin base material during adhesion molding with the rubber elastic body. It has a configuration in which a through portion is formed.

By adopting the above-mentioned means, this invention increases the adhesion strength between the bending waist part of the resin base material and the inner end of the metal ring, so that the resin base material remains stable even when the shaft member is attached or reciprocated. No gap is created between the bent waist portion and the inner end of the metal ring, and the seal lip portion accurately follows the movement of the shaft member.

When the metal ring 1 and the outer circumference of the resin base material 2 are bonded and molded with the rubber elastic body 3 in this state, the inner rising portion of the resin base material 2 is formed. 7 and the upper surface of the outer horizontal portion 6, both the inner and outer surfaces of the outer rising portion 4 of the metal ring 1, and the lower surface of the inner horizontal portion 5 are bonded to the rubber elastic body 3,
Moreover, the metal ring 1 is passed through the notches 15, 15,...
Since the upper surface of the inner horizontal part 5 of the rubber elastic body 3 is also bonded, the outer horizontal part 6 of the resin base material 2 and the metal ring 1
The inner horizontal portion 5 of the resin base material 2 is not simply overlapped, but is also bonded to each other via the rubber elastic body 3 in the notches 15, 15, . The adhesion strength between the waist portion 10 and the inner end portion 9 of the metal ring 1 increases.

By configuring this idea as described above,
During adhesive molding with a rubber elastic body, the outer horizontal part of the resin base material and the inner horizontal part of the metal ring can be bonded to each other via the rubber elastic body, so that the bent waist part of the resin base material and the inside of the metal ring can be bonded together through the rubber elastic body. It is possible to increase the adhesion strength with the end, and prevent a gap from forming between the bent waist of the resin base material and the inner end of the metal ring even when the shaft member is attached or reciprocated. As a result, the seal lip is stable and accurately follows the rotation, reciprocation, rocking, and all other movements of the shaft member, which has excellent effects such as preventing oil leaks. It has the following.
