Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate relative position deviation between the upper and lower heads produced before and after alignment control and to decrease control manhour by drilling a control hole through a leaf spring and forming a hole to a fixed carriage as a fulcrum of a control jig. CONSTITUTION:A jig fulcrum hole 14c containing a fulcrum round hole 14d through which a tip 19a of a square pillar-shaped jig 19 is inserted is formed at the bottom part of a fixed carriage 14 at a position near a screw hole 14b. While a control square hole 12b through which the jig 19 is inserted is formed to the leaf spring 12 at a position opposite to the hole 14c and in a smaller size than the hole 14c. Thus the jig 19 is inserted to the hole 14c of the carriage 14 and the inside of the hole 12b of the spring 12 can be pushed horizontally by the side surface of the jig 19. る調整用穴と、上記板バネに重畳し、上記ビス止め穴、
上記ビス通し穴に対応して設けられたビス穴と上記治具
支点穴と調整用穴に対応し、上記調整用穴より大きく設
