ードル部34には第2図に示す如くニードル部3aの先
端近くまで傾斜したm部3dを設けるとよい。4はニー
ドルキャップで原液人口4αとポインター4bを備えて
いる。5.5はノズルであり、5a、5aは液吐出し口
である。6は混合液の吐出口であり、7はピストンで相
対する面に切欠き溝7aを有しており、油圧等により上

で、旋回力を殆ど減じることなく大きな遠心力によって
液吐出口5aから遠心方向に拡がって噴射されるととも
に旋回を続ける。このように噴射されて遠心方向に拡が
るとともに旋回を続ける液は、同様に対抗噴射されて遠
心方向に拡がるとともに旋回を続ける液と衝突して混合
される。この混合された液は、遠心方向に拡がっている
ので広い空間で混合されること、しかも旋回を続けてい
ることが相乗して、均−忙混合される。これに加えて、
液の粘度および2液の粘度差、単位時間の流量の大小等
の条件の変化に対応させて良好な混合性を得るには、ヘ
ッド本体IK対する外部調整ノズルホルダー2の取付位
置を角度目盛2aと長さ目盛1aにより、調整して適切
な衝突距離ムを得るようにする。また外部調整ニードル
3を角度目盛3Cとポインター4bとによりAI整し、
