It is formed into chips or pellets with a diameter of 31 m. Of course, the material is not limited to waste rubber, and may be formed into chips or pellets from new rubber. Further, the size of the rubber chip (4) can be selected depending on the load and the degree of sound insulation. Examples of the adhesive (5) include solution-based epoxy resin adhesives, phenol resin adhesives, polyurethane adhesives, etc., and the solution-based epoxy resin adhesive was used.

である。As described above, the joist pad of the present invention is a joist band made of a mixture of rubber chips and adhesive that is laid between the joist material and the bare floor of a concrete building, and can be mixed and formed depending on the site situation. It is possible to mix only the necessary amount, eliminating unnecessary work, and in addition, there is no need to waste materials.Furthermore, the rubber chips do not necessarily require the use of new rubber material, and waste rubber can be reused, which helps reduce costs.

ことができる。The sound insulation method according to the present invention involves laying an appropriate amount of joist pads made of a mixture of rubber chips and adhesive at predetermined positions on the bare floor of a concrete building, and then placing joist materials on these joist pads. Since the flooring material is fixed to the joist material after the pad has hardened or crosslinked, the joist pad can be formed on-site according to the site conditions, and the appropriate amount can be placed in the desired position extremely easily. In addition, it adapts well to the unevenness of the bare floor and is fixed, making it possible to omit complicated processes such as plastering and horizontal construction using self-leveling flowable materials, which were required in conventional construction methods, and the joist The material is such that the level of the joist pad can be maintained economically and reliably at the same time as the joist pad is formed;
In addition, since the joist pad is made of rubber chips, it can improve the sound insulation effect by absorbing floor impact sounds and vibrations that are transmitted to the bare floor of the concrete building below through the wooden floor and joist material. It also acts as a buffer for the load on the wooden floor, and protects people's feet.
It can reduce the impact on the lower back and provide a comfortable living space.
