ラーを加えて硬度を高めたり、ハードコート材を表面に
塗布する等の工夫がなされている。また、従来からある
ステンレス鋼製の調理台においても、死板を乗せる部位
のみにエンボス加工を施して傷を目立ち難くする等の工
夫が施されているものがある。

ると云う問題点もある。

つぎに本発明を図示の一実施例に基づいて詳細に説明す
る。 図中1は流し2とガス台3の間に一体に設けられたカウ
ンター(IR理台)であって、アクリル樹脂をバインダ

硬度部材(例えばアルミナ系セラミックス)12が幾何

表面を保護する上で好ましい。 ところで、高硬度部材12を突出して設けた人造大理石
11はガラス繊維強化プラスチック(FRP)、メラミ
ン樹脂、ステンレス鋼等であってもよい。

ック(FRP) 、メラミン樹脂、ステンレス鋼等であ
っても耐擦傷性に優れたカウンターとすることができる
ので適用範囲は極めて広い。 さらに、高硬度部材の形状と配置を工夫することによっ
て意匠上のメリットを付加することもできる。
