Conventionally, in air diffuser pipes used in sewage treatment equipment, when air supply is interrupted, sewage flows back and accumulates in the ventilation pipe, so when air supply is resumed, this sewage must be discharged. However, this sewage contains a lot of sludge. During backflow, this sludge instantly flows into the air diffuser pipe and enters the air diffuser pipe, and when the air supply is resumed, the sewage is gradually discharged, so the sludge remains in the air diffuser pipe, clogging the air diffuser pipe and causing the blower to overheat. I had to run under load. In addition, conventional suction fittings for installing diffuser tubes have one or multiple orifice holes eccentrically installed on the surface of the part, and the orifice position of each diffuser tube moves up or down depending on the mounting angle of the suction fitting. There was a drawback that the air flow rate of the air diffuser differed from one air diffuser to another because the air flow resistance to the air diffuser changed.

This invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional air diffusers using air diffusers. This air diffuser connects a ventilation pipe and an air diffuser with a suction fitting consisting of a collar and a pipe. In this method, an air diffuser pipe is attached by screwing an air diffuser pipe attachment rod to the collar part, and an orifice is provided in the tube part of the suction fitting, and a spherical body is provided to be freely flowable by pressurized air and backflow sewage.

本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて詳述する。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings.

In the figure, 1 is an aeration device of the present invention, which is installed at the inner bottom of an aeration tank (not shown) in a sewage treatment facility such as sewage treatment. It is assembled from the push-up fitting 4, rod 5, and other parts in the same way as a normal air diffuser.

Among these, the suction fitting 3 is an important part of the present invention.
consists of a flange part 6 and a tube part 7, and the flange part 6 has female threads into which a large number of ventilation holes 8 and rods 5 are screwed. On the other hand, in the tube part 7 of the suction fitting 3, an orifice 9, which has a female thread cut on the entire inner wall and has a hole in the center with a rubber sheet pasted on the back side, is screwed into the pipe part 7 from the flange part 6 with a certain gap. Furthermore, a ventilation pipe 10 disposed at the bottom of the aeration tank is screwed together. A spherical body 11 made of rubber, glass, or steel is freely movable between the orifice 9 and the flange 6 and has a diameter smaller than the gap and larger than the orifice diameter. When aeration is interrupted due to a power outage or a suspension of aeration, the flange 6 side is moved by sewage and moves to the orifice 9 side, closing the orifice 9 and preventing sewage from flowing into the vent pipe 10.

In this way, the device of the present invention has an orifice and a spherical body inside the suction fitting, especially in the pipe section of the suction fitting, so when the aeration is interrupted, the amount of wastewater containing SS in the aeration tank that passes through the aeration pipe is reduced. is less than 1/2 that of conventional air diffuser pipes that do not have spherical bodies, which prevents clogging of the air diffuser pipes. This also reduces the load on the aeration tank blower. In addition, since there is no inflow of waste water into the ventilation pipe, there is no need to push out the waste water in the ventilation pipe when restarting aeration, unlike in the past, and the load at startup can be reduced.

Furthermore, in the air diffuser of the present invention, the orifice hole is provided in the center of the suction fitting, so the orifice positions of the air diffuser pipes installed in parallel do not shift upward or downward, but are lined up in a row, so each diffuser The ventilation resistance of the trachea is kept constant, and air is uniformly diffused throughout the aeration tank.
