Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the errors of the posting of information on a patient, etc., and to lighten an operational load by providing a 1st contact in a connector part and providing a 2nd contact and a light emitting means for imprinting an image signal on an X-ray film already radiographed through both contacts in a cassette. CONSTITUTION:In a device which performs X-ray radiographing on the X-ray film 11 by loading the X-ray film cassette 4 housing the X-ray film 11 in a spot radiographing device 1, the 1st contact 15 which inputs the information on the patient from the outside as the image signal is provided in the connector part 5 where the X-ray cassette 4 is loaded. Moreover, the 2nd contact 12 arranged so that it faces and comes in contact with the 1st contact 15 at the time of loading the cassette 4 in the connector part 5 and the light emitting means 13 which inputs the image signal through the 1st and the 2nd contacts 15 and 12 and emits light so as to imprint it on the X-ray film 11 already radiographed are provided in the cassette 4. Thus, the errors of the posting of the information on the patient can be prevented and the operational load of an operator can be lightened, then the constitution of the title device can be simplified.

(Prior Art) FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a conventional proximity type cassette X-ray imaging device, and FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a name printer. As shown in Figure 3, in the proximity type cassette X-ray imaging device,
With the X-ray cassette 4 loaded inside the spot imaging device 1, imaging is performed on the X-ray film in the X-ray cassette 4. Thereafter, the X-ray cassette 4 is taken out via the guide section 3. When patient information such as patient designation is imprinted on the photographed X-ray film, the X-ray cassette 4 is transferred to a separately provided name printer 20 for imprinting patient information as shown in FIG. 4 after the photographing. Then, the X-ray cassette 4 is loaded into the guide portion 20a of the name printer 20. Then, the window 4a of the X-ray cassette 4 is opened, and the card 21 on which the patient information is transcribed is loaded through the guide section 20b at the top of the name printer 20. The patient information transcribed onto the card 21 was imprinted onto the X-ray film IJ by the optical system of the light source 22 and lens 23 in the name printer 20. If the X-ray cassette 4 does not have a window, lead letters are pasted on the front of the X-ray imaging device, and the patient information is imprinted on the X-ray film 11.

That is, the X-ray cassette 4 had to be transported to the location of the name printer 20 one by one, making it complicated to imprint patient information onto the X-ray film 1.1. Matasekka (Name Printer 20
Even if the name is transferred to the name printer 20, it is necessary to write separately on the card 22 in the imprinting operation, and there is a problem that a transcription error occurs when transcribing the name. Furthermore, when pasting on the lead plate, there was a problem in that only characters such as the patient's initials could be imprinted, and input using a patient information card was not possible.

As shown in the figure, the X-ray cassette 4 houses an X-ray filler 11, and a contact 12 is provided at the tip of the X-ray cassette 4. Furthermore, a planar light emitter 13 that emits light is attached to the upper right surface of the X-ray cassette 4 in order to imprint patient information on the X-ray film 11, and the planar light emitter 13 is a light emitting device such as a fluorescent display tube. It is. An input contact 15 is provided inside the connector section 5 for inputting patient information in the form of an image signal from the outside via an input line 14. When the X-ray cassette 4 is loaded into the connector section 5, the contacts 12 and the input contacts 15 are arranged to face each other so as to be in contact with each other. Therefore, the planar light emitter 13 receives an image signal as patient information through the contacts 12.15 and emits light, and the patient information is imprinted on the X-ray film 11 by this light emission.

As described above, according to this embodiment, since the input contact 15 for inputting patient information as an image signal is provided in the connector section 5 of the spot imaging device l, the X-ray cassette 4 can be inserted immediately after X-ray imaging.
The input contact 15 can be connected by simply inserting the
and contact 12 are connected, and the image signal is transmitted to contact 12.
The patient information is inputted to the flat light emitter I3 via the light emitter 15, and the patient information as an image signal is imprinted on the X-ray film 11 by the flat light emitter 13. As a result, errors in patient information transcription can be prevented without the need to transfer patient information to cards, etc.
The operational burden on the operator can be reduced, and the configuration of the device can be simplified. Furthermore, the patient information can be loaded onto the X-ray film 11 by loading it through the connector guide section 6, and checking the patient information with the patient on the input information display section 7 immediately after imaging. The above information can be input using an external patient information card reader, numeric keypad, etc., and can also be input online from a host computer.
